Final three days of our 2 week trip and we had a wonderful stay. Early arrival, no problem storing bags at their office. Given directions, maps, and offered many great local area suggestions.Beach and La Familia were short car service rides away. Lovely Place

We enjoyed the apartment. The hosts were so supportive in allowing us to drop our bags off early. They also gave us a map of the area and shared how to get around Barcelona to see the sights. They also were supportive when we reached out to the. The place was in walking distance to La Rambla, Gothic Quarter and St. Antone market. When we needed to get a couple of taxis to the cruise port and were struggling, the host helped us flag down cabs and spoke to the drivers for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment

Apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Location was great. Lots of restaurants and cafes around, and near 2 metros. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Gorgeous Apartment

The apartment was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. The location is excellent, walking distance to many stores and restaurants plus easy access to catch a cab or bus. Close to everything but street was very quiet. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a week. We are a family of 4 (two adults, two teenagers) Too much to say about this flat! The location is great. Metro stations are close. Easy to get a taxi on the street. Good restaurants and cafes for a coffee and pastry in the morning. Large grocery store around the corner. The flat is just like the pictures and has an elevator. Juan greeted us when we checked in. He was very helpful and answered questions. The flat is large and clean. Great place to relax after a day of touring! Would stay here again!

Fabulous stay!

I traveled to Barcelona with a group of 6 girls from the US. Eduardo was very accommodating, he gave great recommendations and helped to book an early morning cab on our way home. The property was in a quiet area, we had some difficulty finding nearby bars that were open late (past 12:30) but that was not a problem. Close metro or 20 minute walk from some busier areas. Very comfortable beds, clean apartment and the balcony was great. There was a pretty strict noise restriction, though it was not really an issue. We received a text to keep the noise down 1x while we were playing music at around 10:30, but again not an issue we just turned it off. Overall, would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Excellent!

Just home from a wonderful 4 days in Barcelona. We stayed at the en vile apartments on Floridablanca and everything was really great. We were two couples and a 5 yr old and it suited us perfectly. The apartment has plenty of room for socialising, we had friends rounds for drinks who also loved the space. Our host Eduard was super, right from booking to greeting us on our arrival. He recommended a couple of restaurants the Florida which is right across the street and also the Moritz (brewery & restaurant) which is just a couple of blocks away. Both were excellent and would highly recommend. We had small children in our party and both restaurants were really accommodating. The apartment is in a great location, less than 15 mins walk from Catalunya Square and also close to the metro, a supermarket just round the corner and other bars and shops etc. We would highly recommend it and world definitely look to stay there again the next time we visit Barcelona. Thank you again Eduard.

Nice apartment with balcony

This was a nice apartment for short stay. Unlike the U.S. , there is no automated check in, you have to physically meet the manager there to get the keys. The apartment was spacious with 3 bed and 3 bath. There is not a lot of space to put clothes or toiletries.The outdoor patio is nice but the view is typical of this area. The view is of rooftops and other apartments with laundry drying on balcony. No green spaces. Keep in mind, also typical of this area is tiny elevators ( 2 person with suitcases), no bath wash cloths, and area did not feel safe outside at night. Overall it was a nice place and Eduard and Bogden very nice and accommodating. My advice for Barcelona,stay off Rambles area and go to university and triangle area instead. You can walk there from this apartment. Also, Flax and Kale was a good restaurant.

Sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Eixample. Betten waren sehr bequem. Küche ist vorhanden. Braucht man aber nicht zwingend benutzen, da es in fussläufiger Entfernung sehr gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen gibt. Filterkaffeemaschine gibt es nicht, dafür eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und es hat morgens entsprechend gedauert, bis jede ihren Kaffee hatte. Das Lüften der Wohnung kann nicht nachts durchs Öffnen der Fenster geschehen. Nach vorne zur Straße zu laut und nach hinten Gefahr, dass jemand über den Balkon einsteigt. Schiebetür zum Balkon und Wohnungstür gegen Einbruch gesichert. Wir fühlten uns in der Gegend ( 5 Frauen ) auch abends absolut sicher. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Somit alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen.Kontakt mit den verschiedenen Mitarbeitern war stets zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Ich würde beim nächsten Besuch auch wieder diese Wohnung mieten. Wir hatten Glück, sie war im 1. Stock und gut über die enge Treppe zu erreichen. Der Fahrstuhl ist auch etwas klein und schmal. Haben ihn nur zum Transport der Koffer benötigt.
