Our property is made up of a large living room, decorated in a traditional style, a large bedroom, a separate kitchen and a complete and independent bathroom.
We have sought to ensure that guests enjoy comfort and plenty of space, as the living room is very large, so that they can be comfortable and enjoy a discreet luxury reflected in the quality of the furniture, kitchen utensils, sheets and dishes.
It has a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. Its kitchen is large and independent and is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. And its bathroom is complete with a bathtub. The entire apartment is exterior and is full of light and total silence, being an interior street; a conventual and mystical silence is guaranteed by having as its only neighbour the old Church of the Venerables, where the most important paintings by Velázquez that the city treasures are kept.

The apartment is located in the Mateos Gago area, Barrio de Santa Cruz, which is the most cosmopolitan and lively street in the city, with good restaurants and tapas bars on it,
but absolute silence and peace for your rest are guaranteed, being this the most characteristic of this apartment.
The apartment is located in the historical and commercial center of Seville. All the establishments in the commercial area of ​​Seville composed of the streets Sierpes, Tetuán, Francos and Plaza Nueva are very close to this unique residence.
Given its location, you can explore the city on foot without the need for public transportation: The Guadalquivir River, the Torre del Oro, the Alcázar, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Palace known as "La Casa de Pilatos," and anything else that can be visited in Seville, are just a few meters from this unique residence.
