The location is unbeatable for tourist and local stays: right in the heart of things, with multiple Underground stations nearby, just two streets off Piccadilly, and surrounded by great local energy, shops, and restaurants. The only reason for the 4-star rating (instead of 5) is the noticeable noise from the nightclub in the same building. It was a just a bit louder than what you’d typically experience in a central city hotel or flat (particularly in the bedroom facing Piccadilly) though the room facing the London Eye stayed very quiet with minimal disturbance. It didn’t ruin the trip, but it was enough to have an occasional disturbance during the nights.Despite that one issue, we’d still happily return and recommend it to others looking for a stylish, super central spot!”

Nice place but…

Great neighborhood. Lovely flat. Very easy and secure with the lift going directly into the unit. Good beds, linens and supplies. The couch is very uncomfortable and made enjoying our downtime after a busy day difficult. The biggest issue, and to me it is a deal breaker, is that there is a club in the basement that plays extremely loud music from 2230 to after 3. Impossible to sleep. It is probably Thursday through Saturday. Know this going in.

Greetings Lyle, Thank you for choosing our flat for your stay and for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the neighborhood great and enjoyed the flat's amenities, including the secure lift access. We appreciate your compliments on the beds, linens, and supplies. However, we're sorry to hear that the comfort of the couch did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable, and we will certainly consider it as we look for ways to enhance the comfort of our seating arrangements. Regarding the noise issue from the club in the basement, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We understand the importance of a good night's sleep, and we are working to address this concern with the relevant parties. Your comment helps us to continue improving the experience for all our guests. We hope that, despite these issues, you were able to enjoy your time in the city, and we would be delighted to welcome you back in the future. Beautiful flat--with unpleasant surprises

The flat and the neighborhood are both gorgeous--but our stay was marred by two problemsHUGE noise from a club in the basement--the vibe shook the entire building one evening, preventing some of us from sleeping until the club closedAnd faulty wifi--we all needed access for work but could not get a signal in most of the flatThe rental company/property managers were friendly but for some reason completely unable to address the wifi problem per se--they kindly offered a 10% refund for our trouble (we accepted) but we would have gone elsewhere if had known this issue would confront us

Dear Nicholas, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the flat and its location, though we regret that your overall stay was affected by the issues you encountered. The Wi-Fi concerns you raised were taken seriously, and while our team made every effort to support you during your stay, we understand how important reliable internet is, especially when travelling for work. We’ve since investigated further and are working to improve coverage throughout the property. Regarding the noise disturbance, this is not a regular occurrence and we understand how disruptive it must have been. We have followed up with the venue in question to ensure measures are in place to prevent recurrence. We appreciate your feedback and your patience, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a much smoother experience in the future. Kind regards, the Joivy team

This home was beautiful, spacious, and we had 24-hr responses from property management. They were extremely helpful. I cannot emphasize how wonderful it was to have so much space, and in such a lovely home. Location was perfect.
