A Villa of five bedrooms on two levels with two extra-large decks overlooking the Grand Cul De Sac lagoon. It is within walking distance from the beach with water activities and all restaurants as well as the wonderful hotels LE SERENO and LE BARTHÉLEMY within walking distance.



The Villa is in rustic style. The main level includes an air-conditioned living room equipped with a white sofa, white and colorful patterned cushions, small armchairs, seating, a solid wood table, and a high definition flat screen television with American satellite. In another room, you will find a bench seat with coloured cushions. You have a spacious indoor dining room with a superb view of the lagoon. It offers a table for eight people. On the same level, you have a second outdoor wooden dining table for six people on the terrace. Next to the outdoor bar, you have a third wooden dining table for eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern, you also have a breakfast bar with stools.



The first room is in a separate bungalow at the end of the terrace. It is equipped with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower. There is also a bathroom for guests. The same amenities are also available for the second bedroom located on the pool level just below. The main suite is located in front of the pool. It is equipped with a king size bed, a sitting area with an entertainment center, a separate desk, a private dressing room and a master bathroom with double washbasin and Italian shower. The fourth bedroom is located next to the master suite. It has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A fifth bedroom has a separate entrance and can be used by the staff. It is located at the end of the pool terrace, which gives access to the parking lot on the other side of the villa. This room has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. All rooms have access to the pool terrace.



The Villa is also equipped with an outdoor dining area. The pool is oversized, a large living room surrounds it and the terrace offers plenty of space to lie down, sunbathe or simply read a book in the shade. There is a bar next to the pool with an outdoor sound system. This is the perfect place to have a drink after dinner under the stars, or a quieter place to relax while the children play in the pool.
