Nice stay but loud construction nearby, and not enough towels

Was disappointed that there was adjacent new home being constructed and wasn't alerted to that at time of reservation or before check in. Was loud. Contractor wasn't willing to limit operations despite manager and neighbors' pleas. To be fair though, manager offered us an alternate location, but wasn't appropriate for us. Also, bug exterminating service needs to be a little more robust. Towels provided was skimpy, and needed to request often for our size group.Would have liked laundry service to be included, and concierge service for making reservations and other activites wasn't offered. Valentin was diligent to cater to our needs when we voiced them.

The modern villa was perfect for our group of 12. Spacious, very well located, great design and with perfect views of the bay. All around a fantastic stay.

Amazing Villa in St Barts

This villa was even more beautiful than the photos in person! We would definitely come back! We were a group of 11 and each room was equal in size with amazing ocean views. The property managers and cleaning service were all so nice and attentive! The location was great, just a 5 min ride to the airport and 10 min ride to the restaurants.
