An apartment near the center/airport ,ideal for a couple!!
Alexandra's apartment is a beautifull house about 800m from the airport of Corfu and 700m from the Corfu Town ,you will need only eight minutes walk to the center. Also if you don't have a car don't worry! the Green Bus Station is only 550m away! The house has one bedroom, one kitchen, one bathroom and one living room. In the house can stay 2 adults.
New Environmental Fee:
Starting from January 1, 2024, in compliance with Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 by the Greek government, a new Environmental Fee, known as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, will be implemented. This fee is charged per apartment, per night, and its amount varies based on the period of stay. For the apartment , it amounts to €8 per night from March to October and €2 per night from November to February.
Collection Process: The fee will be collected from guests upon check-in. Please be aware that this fee is mandatory as per the new legislation.

Toller Aufenthalt in großer Wohnung
Große, saubere Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Das Zentum ist in 10 Minuten Fußmarsch erreichbar. Das Meer ist 5 Minuten entfert. Supermärkte sind um die Ecke. Das Interieur stammt allerdings aus Omas Zeiten, dafür fehlt es an nichts (Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, kleiner Balkon, Klimaanlage, Badewanne, WLAN,...alles vorhanden).
