One of the most beautifully situated apartments by the sea in central Corfu,only 10 minutes away from Corfu international airport,11 kl. south of Corfu Town and its Port, easily accessible from the main road ,yet quiet and secluded.The apartment consists of two bedrooms,a fully equipped kitchen suitable for meal preparation, a spacious bathroom, and a living room with a terrace overlooking the sea , and the mainland across it and Corfu town to the north.The house is on private grounds, with safe open parking, just 70 meters from the seaside.It caters very well up to four persons.There is a very well kept beach right next to it catering mostly to families.Restaurants are within easy walking distance, as are supermarkets,cafes,bars and car and bike or bicycle rental places. There is also a very regular and frequent city bus service running very close to the house making visits to Corfu town with its many historical sites,museums,shops,restaurants,bars,cafes easy and hassle free.
There is a large garden area also overlooking the sea to use by guests and children to play.
An opportunity for an easy summer or winter break not to be missed.

Great views from a very nice apartment

A very relaxing stay in a large, comfortable apartment. Excellent views from the balcony and near to plenty of services. Looked after well by Rodolfo and Betty the cat!

Wonderful spacious apartment with everything you might need. Gorgeous view of the sea and a beautiful sunrise. We know that host Rodolfos would have been there for us but since everything was perfect we didnt need anything else

Wonderful stay in Benitses

We had a wonderful stay in Rodolfos’ apartment. The view towards mainland Greece and Albania is just stunning. Benitses is a lovely village and a great location to explore the island from. Rodolfos was great offering us suggestions. We loved the restaurant Paxinós in Benitses recommended by Rodolfos. There is a small beach across the road from the apartment which we made use of. We had a car and loved going to the beach in Messonghi too. When we visit Corfu again we would love to stay here.

Appartement vue mer

Points positifs : très belle vue, appartement propre, attentions de l'hôte à notre arrivée (1 er petit déjeuner, boissons, beurre, yaourts, biscuits, etc...). Proximité du centre de Benitses (800 m à pieds), et d'une plage de graviers (300 m). Arrêt de bus pour Corfou à proximité.Points négatifs : Petite table ronde sur la terrasse juste pour 2, impossible d'y manger à 3 ou 4. Beaucoup de bruits surtout les mobylettes sur les 2 routes devant l'appartement y compris la nuit. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles. Attention : vous n'êtes autorisés à utiliser la clim que lorsque vous êtes dans l'appartement ! Il y a un barbecue au rez-de-chaussée pour les 4 appartements. Communication avec l'hôte très limitée !

Thank you for your commends. Air Coditioning can be used at all times by guests. A PAUSE in use, when NOT in the appartment,is recomended for good performance and avoiding unecessary damage that will cause inconvenience.. The barbeque is to be used by guests in two appartments,not four and the dining area of the appaertment is for four. On the terrace there is a drinks table. The beach below the house is 80mtrs away as seen in photos on the listing. We are available to assist guests when requested.

très bon spot à Corfou

Bel appartement spacieux , avec grande terrasse et magnifique vue sur la mer. très bien desservi par les arrêt de bus et a 10 minutes a pied de la ville de Benitses. C'est un appartement très bien placé à 10 minutes à pied à peine de la station balnéaire de Benistes. La vue sur la mer est absolument splendide. L'accueil de Rodolfos est au top. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Eine wunderbare Fewo

Wir wurden von Hern Vrellas sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Kühlschrank war für ein Frühstück am nächsten Tag mehr als ausreichend gefüllt. Die Fewo ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man auch sehr gut kochen kann, sehr sauber und der Blick einfach toll. Den gegenüber liegenden Strand hatten wir fast für uns alleine. Wir empfehlen die Fewo unbedingt weiter.

Urlaub auf Korfu

Es war wunderschön! Rodolfo ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und etwas zu essen in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Der Strand ist sehr nah. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Nachbarort Benitses. Es ist ca. 700 m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Es gibt eine regelmässige Busverbindung in die Stadt Kerkyra. Ein Ticket kostet zur Zeit 2,30 Euro pro Person. Kerkyra ist sehenswert. Unweit von der Ferienwohnung ist das Achillionschloss. Wir brauchten ca. 45 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Gebäude wird z.Z. renoviert. Für 5 Euro kann der Schlossgarten besichtigt werden. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Wir planen bereits unseren nächsten Urlaub dort.

Amazing Location and Space!

This was absolutely the best location we could have imagined! We were in Cofu for my son’s wedding at the Angsana. The property is closer to the beach than the Angsana and has a wonderful view of the ocean! Our flights were delayed and I was so frazzled that forgot to let Rodolfo know we would be late. He was so accommodating and gracious! The apartment has an adorable and affectionate cat named Betty. For my return to the airport I had trouble booking a taxi and Rodolfo even helped me with this. I would be very grateful if Rodolfo allows us to stay at his apartment again!

Great place to relax

The apartment was just as described, very comfortable and well equipped. Rodolfo was a very welcoming host and was always available. Outside of the apartment - great view, friendly cats in the garden, short way to the beach - the stairs made it very fast, and there is a small tunnel to reach the sea without crossing the road. The road is indeed nearby, but the noise did not disturb us much.

Tolles Apartment mit super Blick

Das Apartment von Rodolfo ist perfekt für uns als Familie gewesen, sehr groß und mit einem unglaublichen Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer. Es ist alles vorhanden, Rodolfo hat sogar für uns am ersten Tag Brot und Obst, Butter, Milch usw.besorgt, wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich. Der Strand direkt beim appartement war auch sehr schön mit einer netten Taverne dabei! Also alles in allem Top!!

Logement à la hauteur de nos espérances

Le logement est assez spacieux avec les commodités nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour, en ce qui nous concerne (nous ne mangions pas à l’appartement). La situation est impeccable, 850m des restaurants de benitses. Rodolfo est un hôte discret mais serviable. Je relouerai sans hésitation ce logement.

Wonderful week in Corfu!

The apartment is well located not far from the city of Corfou. The apartment is calm, well equipped and comfortable and has a beautiful view. There is a very nice little beach nearby. Great property with fantastic view

A last minute decision to come to Corfu but the island and property were great. Set on the side of a hill we had fantastic views in a lovely spacious property. It was only a 15 min walk to the beaches, bars and restaurants. The only thing was the steps to and from the apartment but doing it 4 times a day made us feel we had exercise every day to walk of the great food and drink. Would we come back again...yes we would indeed.

Casa sul mare e giardino di olivi

Situata a pochi centinaia di metri sul mare, e in mezzo a degli uliveti, casa comodissima e super fornita di tutto per L alloggio di 4 persone. Il proprietario gentilissimo arrivando la sera tardi ci ha accompagnato alla casa e nel frigorifero ci ha fatto trovare del cibo, visto L ora tardi.

Rodolfo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber Hat uns pünktlich vom Flughafen abgeholt und uns zu der Ferienwohnung gefahren. Kurze Einweisung und danach gingen auch gleich die Ferien los. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe ist aber nicht wirklich toll, gibt es bessere auf Korfu. Die Wohnung selbst war ok, man könnte das eine oder andere verbessern. Kein absolutes Highlight aber auch nicht schlecht. Hauptverkehrsstrasse nicht weit entfernt, kann man als störend empfinden Wir waren im Prinzip auch nur zum Duschen Schlafen und Kochen da. Gerätschaften so weit vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit Grill die man nutzen kann. Schlafzimmer Bett schon ziemlich mürbe, prinzipiell zu klein für 2 Erwachsene Alles in allem ok, kann man machen.
