We stayed 2 weeks at the property, excellent experience. The apartment has an older decor but is very clean and functional. AC worked well during intense summer days. Kitchen is a bit small but do the job. Laundry machine and shower could be renovated.Communication with the host worked very well, we got all answers to our questions and they address small details quickly.Location is great, close to everything in a walking distance. Restaurants are great in the area and are not tourist crowded as in Trastevere. Subway and bus are right beside. Parking in the area is also not bad if you have a car.

A charming vintage apartment in an excellent location, short walk to shops, coffee, market. Responsive hosts, WiFi issues were quickly addressed by them. Be aware some loud club music from nearby bar late on Saturday. If you're planning on cooking, the kitchen is not well equipped (lacked sharp knives, only one towel, etc.).

Beautiful & comfortable apartment

Beautifully decorated, slightly old-school apartment. Loved having a terrace and small kitchen to feel at home. Quiet location but not far from the city and a restaurant strip. Host was very helpful.

Fine unit - w a scam?

Very well appointed apartment - exceeded expectations. Property manager tried to collect a tax after we left. This felt weird - no mention of it in listing so we did not pay. Manager was also late getting check in info to us. So great unit but below service a bit iffy.

Mery Graces House Rome

Very elegant apartment in an upscale Rome neighborhood within walking distance of Colosseum, etc. However, the outdoor ground level terrace is mesh fenced and felt like I was in a cage and couldn’t see anything. I understand it’s security. When we were there, we were awakened each morning by nearby construction—stone grinders and hammers. Also an alarm was going off one morning. Bad luck I suppose. Didn’t like the shampoo packets and 3 rd bedroom is smaller than a jail cell but worked for our teen age daughter who is used to living in a college dorm. Small complaints. Very nice overall.

Amazing home, amazing location, extremely friendly owner!!

This VRBO was amazing. The location was near some amazing restaurants and historical sites (just a walk away), and the owner was extremely nice, accommodating, and was flexible to our flight schedule as it arrived late. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Rome!!
