An excellent place to stay in Rome!

This place is perfect for a set of friends or family. It is even larger than it appears in the photos, as everythign we needed and is in a perfect location. Luigi, who manages the property, is super-responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends!

Great place to stay in Rome!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was PERFECT to see all historical sites of Rome and close to great food options and night life! It’s even bigger than it seems in the listing and the host is extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Excellent location

Spacious apartment with all equipment needed. Location is perfect, within walking distance of many attractions especially Trastevere where there is a great choice of places to eat. My daughter and I did indeed enjoy our stay.

Excellent Stay!

Luigi was an amazing host! He greeted us as soon as we got to the property and showed us around. The property was very clean with very spacious bedrooms and a nice kitchen and living rooms. The location was amazing! We were right next to many great shops and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome and would stay here again!!!

Great stay

Amazing location. Apartment is large and allowed our family of five to spread out easily. Luigi is great and very helpful with anything needed. We would recommend Luigi’s place anytime !

Wonderful Stay in Rome

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Rome in this property. I am not sure if this could be located in a better location as everything that we wanted to see was a short walk away. While it was hot outside in late July, the air conditioning worked well and kept us cool at night. Luigi was a fantastic host who keeps a very clean and well taken care of property. He was very helpful when we had a delay in our departure flight, which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Convenient location

The place and location were great. But If you’re sensitive with noise, that area is pretty loud. The big issue was that the buzzer kept going off every night and you would have to go down to the entrance to turn it off. Please fix that!

Great location in Campo di Fiore

Nice roomy apartment with large kitchen in Campo di’Fiore, with Trastevere just across the Tiber River. Easy walks to all attractions and beautiful neighborhoods in the Centro Storico. Luigi, the manager, is very friendly and responsive to any requests, and arranged transportation to/from airport for me and told me where to get my Covid tests before returning to US. His assistance made my stay even more easygoing and enjoyable.

Perfect location to see all there is to see in Rome.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time, Luigi was fantastic. He communicated with us quickly and check in was easy and quick. The apartment was perfect for the 6 of us, 3 great bedrooms, large living area and the kitchen had all we needed. The LOCATION was perfect, a few minutes over Ponte Sisto to Trastevere ( cool part of town) and a very interesting 20-30 minute walk to all the main sites to see. The Campo de' Fiori market is only 5 minutes away and has everything you need. It is in the heart of the action so be prepared to enjoy all the fun (and sometimes noise) that comes with that. We would definitely stay there again. Grazie Luigi

This property was in a great location close to several main attractions. The property was as described online and Luigi was a great host who met us for check in. He was extremely nice and helped us with our luggage. Luigi also arranged for our private transportation back to the airport. We did not have any problems at all. Air conditioners worked really well and kept the rooms cold. This location was also close (5 minute walk across the bridge) to Testevere. We would stay there again. Thanks Luigi…

Luigi is the best

I was so pleased to have found such a responsive and accommodating property manager as Luigi. His friendly communication was timely, helpful and reassuring in the planning process and while visiting. From airport transportation to restaurant recommendations, Luigi took good care of us. He even met us to welcome us and check us in upon our morning arrival. Although we were able to check-in early, I really appreciated his offer to hold our luggage for the 2:00 check-in, if needed. The fifth floor apartment (with small elevator), right across the street from Hotel Ponte Sisto, is in a wonderfully convenient and walkable area (Campo), and when we needed a taxi (for early morning Vatican tour and train for day trip to Orvieto), it was an easy and quick walk to the taxi stand in Largo d’Argentina. Light, spacious and clean, our family of five felt safe and content in Luigi’s place for a week’s stay. Coffee, gelato, and a small supermarket (Tigre) are a stone’s throw from the apartment building’s gated and locked entrance (doorman during the day). My son and I took the lunchtime cooking class at Rimessa Rosciola, conveniently located just around the corner, and had a fabulous time. I would suggest to Luigi a new coffeemaker and to move the one TV to the large family room, small things that would enhance our next visit. We had such a great time… thank you, Luigi!!

First of all, you couldn't ask for a better host than Luigi. He was so kind and accommodating in showing us the property and all it's amenities. The location was excellent - close to everything! The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. We wish we had known that Rome has such a robust night life! There were so many unique bars and restaurants to choose from. We really enjoyed every meal and had so much fun getting to know locals and other tourists too. We fell in love with Rome and hope to come back for a longer stay.

Luigi helped with rides to and from the airport for a large group. His communication is excellent. The rooms were very nice and a great location with groceries only 2 doors down. A minute walk to the Ponte sisto. The kitchen accommodated cooking for our family.

Loved everything about this apartment. On our two week trip to Italy, this was the nicest of the 3 VRBOs we stayed in. Very spacious, high ceilings, the room with 2 beds was separated by a curtain and had lots of room, which was especially great for our daughters sharing a room. The location was perfect. Even though it’s right in the thick of day and night action, it was quiet at night and we all slept well. Luigi was a great host. We loved our visit to Rome. Would stay here again.

Excellent location and excellent property manager

I can’t say enough good things about this location. We walked every where from this location! Plenty of space, air conditioning during the July 2025 heat wave at this property. All cooking appliances and laundry washing machine, elevator in building. All excellent. Luigi is a fantastic property manager and arranged for our transfer from the airport to the hotel. Luigi had all emergency numbers posted in an easily accessible space and obviously takes care in all he does- Would 10/10 recommend!

Italy Trip

Overall, great trip and great experience. We loved the location. We walked everywhere and the place was easily accessible. Luigi was great and got us settled in after a long day of travel. He arranged for a van to pick us up from the airport which was amazing. The only complaint I might have is that it would have been good to know the washer wasn’t working because we packed based on having a washer. He did give access to a laundromat but we didn’t want to spend unnecessary time on vacation sitting in a laundromat. Also, if you are smaller, the one shower is fine, but our family is very tall so there were a lot of banged elbows when showering. Minor issues in the grand scheme. So glad to have spent time in this beautiful city and thankful that Luigi shared his beautiful apartment with our family!

Great location

The house was clean and had everything we needed! The host responded quickly! We had a grocery and a pharmacy directly across the street from us and a coffee shop and gelato shop at the corner of our building. Everything was in walking distance and our 10 days in Rome was perfect! I would definitely recommend this spot and I would stay here again
