Nice Place to Stay

This apt has everything we needed. We loved having the room to spread out instead of a hotel room. I highly recommend staying in a apt like this one if your visit is more than three days.

Nice spacious apartment in Prati

Nice spacious apartment in Prati. The location is good, with restaurants nearby (one really good restaurant, Sole & Luna, right next to the apartment). Short walk to grocery stores and the metro (10 min). Also pretty close to historical sites and The Vatican. You can hear some traffic during daytime, but the area quiets down in the evening (no need for earplugs). Some amenities could use upgrading, but otherwise this was a great choice for a week in Rome.

Week in Roma

The property was just as we had hoped, perfect in every way. Our host ensured everything was as promised and we had a wonderful time walking the city and spending time with our daughter.

Comfortable and Quiet

Nice layout of rooms. Would like directions, in English for stove, clothes washer and drier. Appreciated the near by grocery store . Bus, tram and metro are all convenient.

The apartment was great. Location Great. Surrounding neighborhood great. Availability to dining was great. Transportaion was nearby. The host went out of his way to show up early and walk us through everything regarding the apartment. Would recommend this apartment.

Good apartment

The place was very nice. A few problems with electrical and hot water that took some time to resolve. Communication with the host took longer than we would like for responses, but ultimately they did address and resolve the issues to our satisfaction. Would definitely stay again!

Unit was well appointed, clean and ideally located. We had no to limited air conditioning which made the unit uncomfortable for sleeping. Owner was responsive to my emails but it didn't get fixed. To do over, I would have booked a hotel room.

Excellent location at 15 minutes of Vatican City

We really enjoy this location for our last few days of our trip in Rome. My husband figured out the metro to get closer to the Colosseum and the next day we just walk to the Vatican City for our tours of the day. This place is perfect for 2 people. Also, it was the only place we rented during our trip with a washer and dryer. The other ones had washer and you had to wait a day to get them dry. Communication was good, but it was not instant like other hosts we had stayed. However, place was nice and everything works perfectly for us. :)

Fun stay

We had a good time in Rome. The property is in a good location close to the metro and bus service. We never did get the coffee pot we asked for but otherwise, everything was fine.

Very creatively designed, excellent location,

The range in the kitchen failed to work until repairman came, then only 2 of 4 burners worked; only 2 towels until a second set was requested. No paper products such as paper towels, tissues. We did overcome the problems but could have wished for better.

Loved our stay!

Perfect location and beautiful apartment. Everything we needed was there. Walking distance to Vatican Museum and Castel Sant’Angelo - and everywhere else! We walked everywhere. Lovely and friendly neighbourhood. Our Host was wonderful and took great care of us!

Well equipped apartment , slow internet, lots of hair

The unit is well equipped with all the essentials with all the pots, pans and seasonings you need for an extended stay. However, the cleanliness of the unit is extremely questionable. We found strands of hair in pretty much every room in the unit including the ice tray. This made us question the cleanliness of the pans and plates that we had to wash everything thoroughly before using it. Plus, the internet in the unit is horribly slow like from the mid 2000s. Speed test showed that it had a download speed of 7.5 mbps. We planned on doing remote work in this unit during our extended stay however that prover to be impossible with us dropping from video calls very often. We had to buy local sim cards and tether to our hotspot to out computer to make it work. Communication with owner is fantastic.

Schöne Wohnung in idealer Lage

Eine schöne komplett eingerichtete Wohnung in verkehrsgünstiger Lage. Am Anfang gab es Schwierigkeiten mit der Technik (nach Kurzschluss), aber die Agentur hat sich so schnell wie möglich um die Behebung der Mängel gekümmert und war gut im Service.

A fabulous apartment

The apartment is in a residential area and has many amenities nearby. We walked all over Rome from here. The apartment is in a beautiful Art Deco block and is extremely well equipped. A fabulous place from which to enjoy Rome
