Everything was as described. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Very secure and convenient to local shops and tourist attractions (especially St. Peter's Basilica). Uber and busses are accessible nearby. If we return to Rome we would definitely stay here again

Marco responded quickly to all my questions and was very accommodating. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but close to some very good restaurants and public transportation. Marco gave us some great suggestions to get us started. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment facilities were as advertised. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The outdoor area was ideal for al fresco dining. Marco our host, was very friendly and accommodating. Especially storing our luggage at check out, so we could do some further sightseeing before our afternoon train to the airport. Thank you Marco - we would certainly return and definitely recommend your property.

Great little space!

Great place to stay with accommodating owner. AC is underwhelming but owner promptly suppled a fan which made sleep possible. Would definitely book again as neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible by train and bus.

Very comfortable stay!!

My stay was comfortable and Marco is an excellent host, very communicative, helpful and accomodating to allowing me inside early since I'd had an early arrival flight. The terrace is beautiful and the apartment offered me a quiet and peaceful time to adjust to the jet lag.

Vatican City

The location was wonderful and walkable if you like to walk. As senior citizens, we chose taxis. There was a great restaurant within walking distance of the apartment and the food and service was outstanding (Papa Rex). The Host was very hospitable and saw to our every need and questions answered.

Beautiful apartment and amazing host

Perfect location, not too many stairs, and not too far from the city. The hosta met us at the train station and carried our bags while he got us to the apartment. It was very clean and the bathroom/shower was lovely. I highly recommend this rental, the place is beautiful in the host was amazing the accommodating.!

Very nice place

Marco’s place is a friendly and comfortable place next to Vaticano. It is spacious and clean and above all calm and convenient with its large terrace. We have appreciated our stay and Marco has been extremely helpful and easy to communicate with.

Marco's appartment is basic but nicely decorated. It has all that's needed, including a very large bedroom for 2 persons.We had forgotten to ask how the heating could be regulated, that would have been nice to know

We stayed 4 nights in this apartment. It is in a great location close to the Vatican ,a major bus stop, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The bed was comfortable in a nice size bedroom with a closet, drawers, and night stands. The bedroom doors open to a terrace. The bathroom has a large shower. We cooked our breakfast each morning in the kitchenette and ate it on the terrace/patio. The apartment is very secure with three locked gates or doors to get inside. Whenever we had needs or questions, Marco responded very quickly. We went in the summer when it was hot. For Americans who are use to air conditioning, the apartment has a small air conditioning unit. At night we opened our bedroom doors to the terrace which cooled the bedroom down nicely. There are locked shutter like doors so you still feel safe and secure. This is a great place to stay in Rome.

Great Value

This little apartment is a great value close to the Vatican. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and provided everything we needed during our stay. We felt safe walking back at night & the taxi had no trouble finding us. The little patio is very charming. . The owner was friendly and responsive whenever contacted. Check in was later in the day but he arranged for us to get in early. It could use a little updating but otherwise it was all we needed.

An oasis next to the Vatican

A long day of travel that wasnt as expected we arrived much later than we had stated. Marco was flexible and understanding he sent three ways to get to the apartment and it made ht so sime. We grabbed s bit just velow the space and he met us after eventhough it was after 10 PM. It was withim alking distance one block from the bus two blocks from the train an easy walk to the Vatican and so much more it was very wuiet and oeacedul. the smell of Jasmine and the birds along with the garden patio outside created a restful space to relax after a long day. yhe eateries were close and fantastic. there were som good eine bars as well.

Vatican walls

Delightful and very quiet apartment. Easy access to the Vatican, shops and metro. The unexpected surprise was the bowers of jasmine growing outside the apartment and the wonderful fragrance of it during my stay early May. Marco is very friendly and helpful.
