Quite possibly one of the best views across Lower Wensleydale, the very attractive Oak Lodge House offers comfortable modern living accommodation for up to four guests in a quiet residential area of Leyburn. If you are looking for a central location in the Yorkshire Dales to explore with walks, market towns, castles and not to mention the stunning scenery, then Leyburn will certainly tick that box.
Oak Lodge House really does cater for all its guests needs, whether it be for a couples retreat or a family holiday. Boasting two delightful ground floor bedrooms, each with a private conservatory with seating for two looking out across the rolling Yorkshire Dales, and en-suite shower rooms. Head upstairs to the open-plan living area where you will be able to enjoy rustling up delicious meals in the well-equipped dining kitchen, with seating for four guests around the table that overlooks the countryside below. The spacious south facing sitting room, with sumptuous seating for you to unwind in with family and friends, has a wonderful Juliet balcony which is perfect on warmer nights to open the french doors and enjoy the fresh Yorkshire air whilst playing a board game or two.
Outside you will find a pretty south facing garden with the most breath-taking view and a charcoal barbecue to enjoy on summer nights.

With a 6' super-king size zip and link bed (can be configured as twin single beds on request), wall-mounted Smart television and doors to a small, private conservatory with seating for two guests.

With a 4'6 double bed, built-in wardrobes, wall mounted Smart television and doors to a small, private conservatory area with seat for two guests.
