Very bright flat for up to six people. Located in the central area of the urbanization Marina d Or, in an area with pharmacy, restaurants and bakeries nearby. It is very close to the water park Polinesia, and about a hundred metres from the Mercadona.
The flat is located on staircase 4, very close to the swimming pool and the beach, with beautiful sea views, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en suite in the double bedroom with bathtub, equipped kitchen to cook in it and air conditioning. The terrace of the flat is south facing, with beautiful and relaxing views.
The building has a parking space for each flat, swimming pool managed by the community of neighbours, children\'s playground and parking for bicycles. It is located on the beach front, with direct access to the beach area from the front of the building.
