The Jasmin House - Three Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

Here you will find your true home! A house that was refined in its interior while maintaining its traditional Madeiran traits. We wanted to combine modernism with our roots. We have 3 rooms, with a capacity for 6 people, 1 of which is a suite.
In addition, we built a swimming pool at the top of the house so you can enjoy sunbathing with a fantastic view of the ocean, this one being a private sun heated swimming pool (pool temperature increases with the sun), garage for 2 cars in the building.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer,
The kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

Please be aware that our properties are situated on a tropical island, where it is common to encounter insects and other natural elements. While we take all necessary measures to maintain a comfortable and clean environment, the presence of such creatures is a natural aspect of the beautiful tropical surroundings. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique experience of staying in this exotic location.

The Jasmin House, located in Santa Cruz, is subject to the tourist tax (eco taxa).
This is 2€ per day, per person from 13 years old and over , up to 7 days.

Check in times are from 16h. In the event of availability, early check ins are possible.
The supl fee for late arrivals from 22h00 to 00h00 is 20,00€
The supl fee for arrivals after 00h00, is 40,00€

Check outs are until 10h00. In the event of availability, a late check out can be possible.
