A bit disappointing overall. We’d booked parking but the host had forgotten to arrange this, so they ended up finding us a space in another building, approx 5-10mins walk away, which made loading/unloading the car a bit tricky. First impressions of apartment were good, although surprised it was on 13th floor - something to be aware of especially if you have children with you. Only 5 mins walk to Wembley stadium, which was great. Nice welcome basket, with some drinks and snacks. However, dishwasher didn’t work and, despite promises to get it fixed, it was still not repaired when we left (3 days later). Then we had an infestation of flies (at least a dozen) in the lounge, swarming around the smoke alarm which seemed to have sticky brown marks on it, and the bathroom sink became blocked. Again, we were told someone would come out to investigate/fix but nobody turned up. A real shame as the apartment itself could be great if these small issues could be sorted.
