Beautiful villa, spacious, clean and well stocked. Dimitris was extremely helpful, securing transportation, tours and even mapping out a day trip highlighting must see spaces in Rhodes.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 in the location category was the proximity of a dog shelter in the general neighborhood. When using the outside spaces you can hear the dogs barking most of the day.

Von Anfang bis Ende Perfekt

Dieser Ort ist es einfach Wert eine Bewertung zu erhalten!!! Die Fotos können das, was einen erwartet nicht wiedergeben. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist auf dem höchsten Standard, das Grundstück ist parkähnlich und der Ausblick hoch oben vom Berg gigantisch. Jeder Raum ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet - wir liebten den Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender. Jedes der 5 Zimmer + zusätzlich ein ganz süßes Kinderzimmer besitzt ein eigenes Bad, Balkon oder Terrasse, Tv mit Netflix - es fehlte an nichts. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Dimitris, er ist ein ganz toller Gastgeber. Er hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und unseren Urlaub mit Tipps für Ausflüge, Joggingstrecken, Strände und Restaurants bereichert. Außerdem hat er am Ankunftstag schon das wichtigste für uns eingekauft. Ich würde 10 Sterne vergeben, wenn es die gäbe! Was noch wichtig ist zu erwähnen, es gibt in der Nähe ein Tierheim. Uns hat es nicht weiter gestört, aber man sollte wissen die Hunde kennen keine Nachtruhe und das ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, fußläufig ist so gut wie nichts erreichbar. Direkt um die Ecke auf der Hauptstraße Richtung Rhodos Stadt befinden sich viele große Supermärkte u.a. auch Lidl Im Ort Koskinou (ca 2km) gibt es einige gute Tavernen, ansonsten Dimitris fragen :-)

What makes this property unique

Maison à Rhodes was designed to be accessible to all. The entrance to the ground floor of the house, where you meet the two of the six bedrooms with their own bathroom, kitchen and living room, is achieved by using a sloping path.
The ergonomic design of the rooms offers the possibility to guests with disabilities or difficulty in movement to use them independently and easily. The outdoor facilities of the house have been approached with the same philosophy, allowing unimpeded movement in them, as well as the opportunity to tour most of the garden. In the aforementioned facilities, the swimming pool is added, the entrance to which is made with the help of a suitable ramp.
