Please wash the beach towels and return to the closets.
If time allows it would be great appreciated if you stripped the beds and started a load of laundry, Housekeeping has limited time between rentals.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No children in diapers in main pool - only children 14 and older allowed in pool or any of the clubhouse alone. No footballs by pool.
If you exceed number of guests stated you will be vacated without refund. No Smoking or Pets will be vacated without refund.
Please dispose trash, remove personal belongings, please return key card and parking pass or there will be a $50 charge.

Great family friendly cottage

Our family with two young daughter's enjoyed our stay at Julie and Derek's cottage. The Beach Dreams complex was great, we enjoyed the pools and clubhouse as well as the beaches nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Ogunquit restaurants as well. Our daughter's were very comfortable in their bunkbeds, and my wife and I were able to enjoy the sunroom during the day and at night. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great Cottage

The house is lovely with beautiful beach decor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great. It was a good location, a short ride to ogunquit. We enjoyed some evening swims in the pool. Overall we had a fantastic time.

We enjoyed our stay! The community was friendly and well maintained. The cabin was right on the tennis courts which did get used after dusk a few times and was located at the very very back of the property. The hosts were responsive and great at communicating.

Beach Dreams

Our stop at Beach Dreams was the perfect location to break up our trip home between Acadia and Connecticut. We enjoyed all the amenities of condo living and the surrounding area. So much to do and see! We loved Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and most enjoyable!

What a wonderful cottage! It was EXACTLY as pictured on the site. The whole place was warm and welcoming - could totally imagine staying longer (easily) and certainly want it to be a place to go again for a 'girls weekend'.

We have listened to reviews and now will have laundry services if you would like them. We also purchased a full size stackable Maytag washer/dryer.

This is a perfect location close to beaches and has tons to do on the resort as well as all within close proximity to the resort.

What makes this property unique

This is great for families, couples and empty nesters. Our property has all the comforts of home. You will only need a razor, toothbrush, food and clothing to enjoy your stay. We provide linens, towels, beach towels, paper towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, tennis rackets/balls, basketball, toilet paper, tissues, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, K-Cups and more. We have limited time in between rentals we try to have an earlier check in then most rentals so we ask our guests to wash, dry and fold the linens and towels you use and the housekeeper will make the beds and put the bath towels back where they belong.
