Come away for a relaxing vacation in beautiful picturesque Maine. This two bedroom, 1 bath, cottage (#288) is located in the gated private resort of Beach Dreams in Wells Maine. This community is located on 43 acres with a swimming pool, exercise facility, game room, club house, basketball, bocce and tennis courts for guests to enjoy.

Unit #288 has one of the best locations in Beach Dreams due to a larger lot area. Most cottages do not have this feature. It is also just a short walk to the pool but not too close that you can still enjoy quiet relaxation.
The cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed and the other has trundle bed. The living room has a pull out sofa bed. There is an open floor plan for the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped for you to enjoy home steamed lobsters with pot and accessories or any other items you would require for cooking including an outdoor gas grill.


The Cottage is located near the beaches/restaurants of Wells, Moody, York and Ogunquit. This property is perfect for either couples or families. Outlet shopping is nearby in both Kittery and Freeport. Visit some the many antique shops, art galleries or village shops in Ogunquit/Perkins Cove and Kennebunkport.

Relaxing getaway!

My husband and I have been staying at Beach Dreams for over eight years. It’s a wonderful location. If you come to use the beach and the weather is not agreeable, it’s great to have the pool and clubhouse for an option. This cottage is a little bigger than the others and has central air. We can’t wait to visit again next year!

The cottage was a little hard to find but we found it it was very comfortable with the exception of the pull out bed on the couch there was a huge bar that went right down the center of it all of my concerns were minor and I expect them to David Russo he was very receptive and very nice to do business with

From the spaciousness of the interior to the incredible front porch we were able to step away from the everyday stresses and just relax while feeling like we were at a 5star resort. Conveniently located, quiet and family friendly amenities

Overall we were impressed with the location of the house, amenities of the complex (outdoor showers, pool, gym room, hot tub, games room), the quietness and the set up of the rental space. We really appreciated the owner communication, the ease of arrival, friendliness of other renters and owners and staff, and the security measures in place upon entering/leaving the complex. That was all superb. We loved having the convenience of the washer and dryer especially with towels that needed to be washed after a day on the beach and kayaking the salt marshes. We found the cleanliness of the house in less than ideal condition upon arrival. This surprised us with a cleaning fee being part of the fees and the claim for enhanced cleaning procedures due to the Covid 19. We concluded the cleaning company had an "off' day? We found sand, dirt and dust on the floors, behind doors and under the beds, as well as door mats and baseboards throughout, used tissues under a bed, food debris on the underside of the trash barrel lid, and a not so clean sink, and fingerprints in numerous places (mirrors and microwave). In order for our family to fully enjoy our stay, we cleaned every inch of the space which allowed our vacation to start well. Upon our10am departure after our weeks stay, and despite being charged the cleaning fee, and knowing the cleaning company was coming in after we departed, we left the house in a manner we had hoped to originally find.
