Casale il Fontanellino - Country house near Florence

The house is located on the hills of San Miniato Alto, famous for its splendid medieval village and its prized white truffle! Private swimming pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a large park of about two hectares surround the house.

Surrounded by trees, tranquility and nature; recently renovated with all the comforts, air conditioning and Wi-Fi and located close to all the main services, Casale il Fontanellino is surrounded by about two hectares of land totally available to guests where you can take long walks and get lost in the middle of the family's centuries-old wood trees.

To get into the house you access from a private gate onto a large parking lot where it is possible to park up to five cars. In front of the house there is a huge garden with paths and access to the swimming pool area with shower, sunbeds and an umbrella. For those who wish, there are games for children (bike, slide, etc.). In the garden we also have a barbecue. The garden is equipped with chairs, deck chairs and sunbeds.

The interior of the house is as follows: entrance/living room, bathroom with tub, living room, large marble stone kitchen with all appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machines (Moka, American, Nespresso), all tableware and pans. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included. On the first floor there is the second bathroom with a large shower and the three bedrooms: first with 3 beds, second with a king bed & the third with a queen bed. We can provide a children cot and high chair.

In the property there is also a laundry area with two washing machines, a dryer and drying racks. We provide linen for the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.
