Very nice holiday

We enjoyed our stay very much, Eduardo was very friendly, and helpt is with all questions. Poggio Mirteto is a small village, with nice people, and good places to eat and drink. We loved to come back agian.

Fantastic Villa and pool

We have just had a wonderful week staying in San Valentino. The Villa is modern, clean and has excellent air con so you are cool all the time. The garden and pool area are wonderful with great views across the valley, and a shady pool house for if you want some shelter. There are lovely hill top villages with bars, and a day in Rome on the train is very convenient. I would highly recommend this property. Eduardo is welcoming and friendly, and was available for any problems if needed. 5*

Outstanding villa

This Villa is truly exceptional, the Villa itself was beautifully equipped and incredibly clean, spacious and modern. The outside thought is outstanding, I cannot describe well enough how incredible the views are, you are up in the mountains surrounded by beautiful vistas leading down to a valley below. The owner Edoardo was so helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and spacious house, fantastic scenery

We had a fantastic stay. The house is lovely and beautifully styled, the garden with the pool are very, very nice. During our stay it was very warm and sunny, so we enjoyed the pool during daytime and spent hours and hours in the garden after the sun started to set. We regularly spotted several wild boars between the olive trees next to the house. Amazing! Communication with Edoardo was perfect. He was constantly available when necessary and he had some good tips for us too. Thanks for the oil and vegetables from your family’s garden Edoardo, we appreciated this very much. We would love to come back in the near future!

Hidden gem with outstanding views!

We stumbled upon the beautifully restored “cowshed” which has been tastefully modernised while preserving the history and architecture of this building. All modern conveniences are included to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The solitude of this location is only surpassed by the outstanding views which no words could describe! You will not be disappointed! Our only complaint was we didn’t have time to appreciate all this property has to offer, in particular the beautiful garden and pool area as we were attending the Ryder Cup for 4 of the days we were there and left in the dark (before sunrise) and returned after dark most nights. Edoardo is a superb relaxed multilingual host who has a “can-do” attitude. He is never far away and instantly responds to WhatsApp messages. He initiated contact as soon as our booking was made. Highly recommend staying at this property which is actually in San Lorenzo a couple of kilometres up the hill from Poggio Mirteto.

sehr schöne Unterkunft!

sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Klimaanlage ruhig & sehr schöne Aussicht mit dem Pool und dem großen Grundstück für einen Urlaub mit Kindern ideal alles in allem verbrachten wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus!

Wunderschönes Haus, top gelegen

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern (11, 14, 16) im Juli 2024 in diesem schönen Haus. Die Raumaufteilung ist für eine Familie mit Kindern perfekt und das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Das Grundstück liegt in San Valentino oberhalb von Poggio Mirteto mit super Aussicht und grenzt direkt an einen Olivenhain auf dem man abends die Wildschweine beobachten kann. Die Kommunikation mit Edoardo lief jederzeit problemlos. Vielen Dank an Edoardo für das gute Öl und das frische Gemüse. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind der Wahnsinn. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall nochmal Urlaub in dem Haus machen. Edoardo ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben das schön eingerichtete Haus, die ruhige Lage und den wunderschönen Ausblick sehr genossen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Wir haben viele gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und Ausflüge bekommen! Zudem war er immer erreichbar. Das Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das alte Haus ist megamordern renoviert, die Küche mit Kücheninsel und ganz besonderer Beleuchtung ist ein Traum. Genau wie die alten Balken in modernem Ambiente in den Schlafzimmern. Die Bäder sind TOP! Bei teilweise bis zu 40 Grad Celsius hat sich die Klimaanlage wirklich bezahlt gemacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus wirklich sehr, sehr genossen!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per una settimana e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Siamo stati accolti benissimo con un piccolo aperitivo dal proprietario, davvero molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è piena di ogni comfort possibile, i letti sono davvero comodi, la pulizia impeccabile e lo spazio esterno con il prato inglese e la vista sulla collina di ulivi è il punto forte. Per gli amanti della natura e del relax ma anche della comodità.Torneremo con piacere.
