The property is professionally cleaned and regularly maintained, and in over three years of management we had not received similar reports regarding this issue. We fully respect your personal assessment and understand that sensitivities and perceptions may differ, especially regarding allergies. However, we respectfully disagree with the statement that false information was provided. Our responses were based on our inspections and the information available to us at the time.
