The cottage is at the 'Top of the Town' end of the village above the River Sett and within reach of many attractions of the Peak District National Park. There are shops, restaurants and pubs close by. The unique location allows views from windows and garden. Ideal for cyclists, walkers and sightseers who want to enjoy the outdoor life as well as relaxation. This property is modest and quaint and is available for all seasons.

I am a Hayfield village resident and I live with my husband close to The Quiet Cottage. Therefore we are nearly always on hand to help holiday makers get the best experience from their stay. On the very few occasions when we are not around, our co-host Jane is also close by. We service the cottage between us and enjoy keeping fresh, clean and comfortable.

What makes this property unique
The Quiet Cottage is a 200 year old stone cottage and is furnished 'in keeping' with the age of the property. Comfort is assured as it has full central heating and a multi-fuel stove. Dogs are welcome.
