This holiday rental features a living area with a bathroom and a sleeping area with an en suite bathroom, making it ideal for a single couple or for two adults and up to two children or teenagers.<br>The house is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden overlooking the beautiful Fontania Beach. It consists of a living area featuring a large picture window that opens onto an outdoor space with two chairs and a small table—perfect for enjoying the cool evenings or early mornings and smoking a few cigarettes, since smoking is strictly prohibited indoors— a kitchen that opens onto the living/dining/sleeping area, which features a sofa bed and a convenient sideboard; one double bedroom with two medium-sized wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a single bed.<br>It has a single bathroom with a shower and an outdoor shower.<br>The house features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the upper floor; on the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with a single sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and washing machine, as well as a table with four chairs; it features bright windows and mosquito screens throughout the house. It stays very cool in the summer and is equipped with air conditioning that cools the house during the summer and heats it in the winter.<br>The house is furnished with a mix of modern and repurposed furniture, giving it a unique and magical charm.<br>Free parking is available inside the fenced-in garden.<br>The house is very close to one of Gaeta’s most beautiful beaches: Fontania Beach, a small, cosy, and charming cove steeped in history.
