This peaceful 2 bedroom villa with panoramic sea views is located in Torremuelle, Benalmadena. With neighbouring local farm land to the east and the beach a mere 500m walk away, this property is idyllically situated for couples and families looking to spend relaxing days barbecuing around their own private pool, whilst still only being a short drive away from all the coffee shops, restaurants, bars and gold courses that Benalmadena has to offer!

THIS PROPERTY IS RENTED AS A 2 BEDROOM VILLA. IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE TO RENT THE MASTER ENSUITE BEDROOM ON THE TOP FLOOR AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. PLEASE WRITE TO US IF YOU WOULD LIKE A QUOTE FOR THE EXTRA BEDROOM/BATHROOM. IF NOT THIS BEDROOM WILL REMAIN UNOCCUPIED AND LOCKED FOR THE ENIRITY OF THE STAY.

This semi detached villa is spread across four floor. The property can be accessed down a short country lane. There is space in the private garage for one car, and also free off road parking for further vehicles.

The garage has a laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer, and also provides access to the rest of the house. On the first floor there is large sitting/dining room with a terrace providing sea views. There is a large flatscreen smart TV.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens out onto the private garden and outdoor eating area.

Both bedrooms are situated on the second floor and have super king size beds (180x200cm) and separate singular sofa beds. The rooms are connected by a wrap around terrace and have sea views. They share a spacious bathroom.

A small, basic barbecue is included within the rental free of charge.

It is also possible to rent the larger gas barbecue at an additional price of 25 euros per stay.

Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following:

9pm - Midnight 20 euros
Midnight - 2am 40 euros
After 2am 60 euros

For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent these items.

All of these costs are payable in cash at check in.

Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive.

The Mercadona supermarket is approximately a kilometre away and accessible in under 5 minutes by car. Arkwrights international supermarket is a 10 minute walk.

There are a variety of restaurants close by in both directions including the exclusive Trocadero Benalmadena.

The internationally renowned Torrequebrada Golf Course is a 5 minute drive away.

The award winning Puerto Marina Benalmadena is under 15 minutes by car.
