Great location, beautiful place, with a few things to know...
The place overall was beautiful, and we'd recommend it. Beautifully designed, amazingly comfortable beds, beautiful cozy kitchenette, and a relaxing terrace. So close to the square and in a great location just 4 minutes walk from an pretty affordable parking lot (1 euro per hour)
Things to know - if you come by car there is a parking lot you'll want to park at. Just 4 mins walk from the property (which is inside the ZTL). Not a big deal at all, easy in and out if you want to explore.
If you're planning to use the jacuzzi tub, don't. There's not enough hot water to fill it, not even if you turn up the water heater temp to maximum (which takes all night to heat up to temp and is quite noisy). The jacuzzi tub fills about ankle deep and then you run out of warm water. Nice idea, completely not practical though. There is an automatic jet tub drying feature when you empty the tub, which sounds like the loudest commercial vacuum cleaner you have ever heard and goes on for about 2 minutes non stop - crazy loud at night. Overall if the jacuzzi is the reason you're booking this place, you'll be disappointed because it is basically not usable. If you're booking the place for its location, and overall look, you'll love it :)
Few other notes - bath towels could stand to be bigger, they are just above hand towel size. I am size 36/38 EU and I couldn't even wrap the towel around me. The place could also use an inspection and some maintenance already, even though it's newer. There were some issues with it when we were visiting (sink and cabinet in the bathroom pulling out of the wall completely, mold growing on the wall where water sprays out of the shower and nothing to wipe water off with since you don't really get enough towels for that use, the heater / AC in the wall has a broken unbalanced fan inside making really loud noise ~20 mins after running waking you up from dead sleep, curtains are not blackout so it was pretty light in the room at night, the light wood /bamboo clothes hanger furniture piece is super cute and a good thought but it's completely rickety and comes apart if you try to use it, countertop glued-on edges in the kitchen are coming off as well).
Overall we liked the place and our stay, but it wasn't quite as "luxury" as advertised.
