Historic appartment with unique sea view terrace

Right in the heart of Ostuni’s historical centre is this charming apartment offering relaxation and comfort. The place has been recently renovated with great care and respect for old tradition (e.g. double height “star-vaulted” ceiling, old stones) combined with Italian design. The many windows and skylights create a lot of light (which most other apartments in the historical centre do not offer!). The place also includes modern air conditioning and heating.

The greatest part is the unique and spacious terrace which provides an unforgettable view (from 200m above sea level) across the many olive fields onto the Adratic sea.

The place is located just a few minutes away from the main square, many restaurants, bars/cafes. In addition parking is close by so one can easily hop into the car for a day trip out into the country/sea.
Sandy and rocky beaches are just 10 minutes away by car / public transports.

Cozy apartment with a great roof terrace

The apartment is beautifully designed and the kitchen is very well equipped. Ostuni is a beautyfull city and ideally located for exploring the area's attractions. We felt very comfortable there.

The property had an excellent location. Was easily accessible if you can climb steep stairs. Parking was available outside the local zone for free or walkable from paid parking lot. HOWEVER, the beds were terrible, the twin had a sink hole in the middle and the queen bed was hard , lumpy with no support.. The furniture was old and moldy smelling. The place could be really cute but is in desperate need of a good cleaning and new furniture that was not on the floor. The apartment also had no place to put anything...No tv .decent internet..no hooks, no tables, my closet was full of junk. Lesson learned be you get what you pay for.

L’appartamento si trova in uno dei punti più alti di Ostuni, e questo regala al terrazzo una vista mozzafiato. È un po’ complicato da raggiungere, soprattutto con le valigie, ma una volta sistemati, si è nel cuore pulsante della città bianca. La casa di trova proprio sopra al Caffe Riccardo, che è aperto con musica fino a tarda notte. Nonostante questo, chiudendo le finestre con doppi vetri, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di rumore o schiamazzi. ConsigliatIssimo a coppie giovani.

This place was great and exactly what I was hoping for. Andrea and Paola were professional and quick to respond to any and all inquiries. I'll be back! Thank you! The terrace was my favourite!

Ottima ristrutturazione di un fabbricato del centro storico sopra le mura, con vista splendida sul borgo antico imbiancato a calce e sul mare, che appare oltre gli ulivi come un miraggio. La casa e' molto ben attrezzata e ha due terrazzi per fare colazione, prendere il sole e cenare. Consigliatissimo.

"Posto incantevole, casa molto accogliente ed arredata con gusto. La proprietaria, Paola, è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Il terrazzo ha una vista mozzafiato, cenarvi e trascorrervi serate è un piacere indescrivibile. La temperatura è sempre gradevole anche senza accendere i condizionatori, grazie ad una buona posizione della casa. Insomma un vero paradiso che consigliamo vivamente."

"Een heel mooi appartement in het historische deel van Ostuni. Vanaf het dakterras een geweldig uitzicht, maar het op het trapje voor het appartement is het ook lekker zitten. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, de airco werkt super! De stranden in de buurt zijn mooi (blue flag) en er is genoeg te zien in de omgeving. (Bari, Otranto, Monopoli etc)"

"Belle petite maison avec une superbe vue sur la vallée d''Itria et ses oliviers avec la mer Adriatique en fond. Très bien placé, quasiment sur les remparts de la ville, proche des restaurants et des bars sympas d''Ostuni. La propriétaire vous donne quelques infos en plus sur les quelques belles plages de sable du coin. La maison est très bien équipée. Juste un petit manque de pression d''eau pour la douche, mais c''est cournat dans les Pouilles. Non vraiment je recommande cette petite maison avec sa très belle terasse! Pour un couple, c''est super bien, par contre pour 2 couples, c''est juste."

Unfortunately, hosting Carmen was a disappointing experience. Even before her arrival at my flat in the historic centre of Ostuni, she urgently requested to be contacted because she wanted to cancel the reservation due to the steps and uphill streets typical of Ostuni’s historic center, which she had chosen. I explained this is the characteristic of the old Town, something I couldn’t change, but she stopped responding afterward. Sadly, she left the apartment in poor condition and even used all the extra spare clean linens stored for future guests. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend Carmen as a guest based on this experience!
