large studio new 2022 sea view beach walk to town center port st guenole in the town of penmarch in southern finistère. very spacious, the studio in an ethnic chic style revisited by an architect, invites you to rest thanks to its zen atmosphere. in addition, you have a small separate alcove which accommodates a single bed. in the studio, the sofa in the living room is convertible equipped with a duvet and bed linen. the kitchen has a dishwasher. the spacious and bright bathroom, with window, offers a bath/shower, a washbasin, small cabinet and towels. the toilets are separate.

Un séjour agréable

Un très bon sejour passé dans ce petit srudio plein de charme et très calme. Situé avec une vue directe sur le port, on peut y apprécier lever du jour sur le port et coucher de soleil au dessus de la mer, sur les petites plages à proximité. Bien situé près du centre ville et des commerces principaux, des villes alentours pleines de decouvertes à faire à pieds, en vélo (pistes) ou en voiture. Pour l'aménagement studio, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et un canapé lit confortable.

Agréable séjour a saint Guénolé

Petit studio bien situé avec vue sur le port. Facile d'accès avec un parking réservé. La proximité avec le centre ville et le port est pratique. Logement propre et accessible via un digicode à l'entrée du batiment et une boite à clés codée. Le seul bėmol sur l'accès au studio est une communication par mail/sms, moins conviviale qu'une visite pour faire un état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie. Sinon le logement est bien meublé et silencieux (on entend juste les goélands !). Il manquerait peut être un joint sur la porte d'entrée pour limiter le bruit du couloir commun et un film ou un rideau sur le velux de la salle de bain car il n'y a aucune intimité avec la vue directe sur les batiments en face, surtout le soir avec les lumières :( Il y a avait néanmoins un film statique qui se colle sur la vitre (mais trop petit) dans la salle de bain. Pour les hyper connectés, les réseaux ont du mal à passe dans le studio (tout du moins Free/SFR) mais un wifi est dispo. On oublie tout cela avec la vue sur le port le matin au petit déjeuner et le soir pour le coucher de soleil sur l'horizon (que l'on peut aussi apprécier sur les petites plages à proximité). Saint Guénolé est une jolie petite ville avec de jolies vues å découvrir et pleins de choses dans les villes alentours avec des pistes cyclables à pertes de vues !

Excellent séjour et vue sur le port

Le studio est aménagé avec goût, avec une kitchenette bien équipée, il est lumineux, avec une vue très sympa sur le port de St Guénolé.

Vue magique sur le port !

Le studio est très joliment aménagé, bien équipé, avec une vraie salle de bain… La vue sur le port et sur le couchant est superbe. On a passé quelques jours vraiment agréables, très bonne expérience, encore merci pour le cidre ( que nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de boire ! ) et pour toutes les attentions…
