About this property

Your garden: the beach

The house was built in 1979. The large windows offer a 180 degrees ocean and beach view from the living area as well as from the bedrooms on the first floor. You will live at the pace of the tides and relax at the sound of the waves: a nice invitation to a catnap…
The ideal location of the house offers a never ending spectacle, always changing depending on the time of the day: the unobstructed view to the ocean, the tides, the light and the boats going out and coming in…
On the ground floor, you will find an American kitchen, a living area with dining room and living room (with sofa bed) as well as a bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The terrace has a direct access to the beach.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (bedroom # 1 with a double bed 180x200 cm, bedroom #2 with two single beds 90x200 cm that can be put together as one large bed), and one bathroom with bathtub, sink and WC.
The village of Loctudy and its harbor are about 2 km from the house. You will have the leisure, once the fisher boats are back, to purchase fishes and langoustines that have been caught only a few hours before directly from the fishermen.
Not far from Loctudy you will find the charming town of Pont L’Abbé and its town center where independent local stores still exist, whereas the commercial standardization elsewhere has devastating effects.
Following places are worth seeing: the harbour of Le Guilvinec, Pont Aven the painters’ town, Quimper and its cathedral, the Glénans islands, the Pointe du Raz, the river Oder which you can cruise by boot, Locronan one of the nicest villages in France and a little further away: Océanopolis in Brest.

Herrliche Lage ,morgens kann man den Sonnenaufgang von der Terrasse,aus dem Wohnzimmer oder Schlafzimmer genießen.In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden.Im TV problemlos Deutsche Sender einstellbar.Unseren 2 Hunden hat es auch sehr gut gefallen,Spaziergänge waren direkt von der Haustür aus an der Küste möglich und im September auch ohne Leine.Wir würden gerne wieder hierher kommen.

Die Lage ist einzigartig und hat unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Wir haben unsere Reise an das "Ende der Welt" sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung und deren Zustand sind "comme il faut".Leider können wir (84 & 83 Jahre) uns aus Altersgründen wohl nicht noch einmal im Avel Mor die "Meeresbrise" um die Nase wehen lassen.

Une maison de rêve

Cette maison convoque le calme, la sérénité et la paix, avec un spectacle permanent qui s’ouvre devant soi avec une vue magnifique sur la mer toujours en mouvement et les goéland, cormorans et mouettes qui offrent un ballet toujours renouvelé.

Großartige Lage

Wir haben gemeinsam mit unserem Hund eine schöne, ruhige Zeit verbracht. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand und bietet gute Möglichkeiten für lange Spaziergänge. Eigentlich ist der Bereich für Hunde nicht zugänglich, wurde im Mai (außerhalb der Saison) nicht beachtet, was unser Glück war. Das Haus ist recht gut ausgestattet, etwas lieblos renoviert & teilweise mit sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Mobiliar eingerichtet. Sauberkeit und Pflege des Objekts ist eindeutig ausbaufähig.

Un jardin…. La plage

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique! On oublie tout, ouvrez les volets le matin, et le tableau, devant vous, évolue au fil des heures. Un brin de soleil: chouette mettons nous sur les transats au soleil… la pluie?? Pas grave, bottes caoutchouc et balades sur la côte! Les couleurs changent, les coquillages nous appellent…. Et pourquoi??? On débute une collecte par couleur… coquillages… Aller à pied, chercher les langoustines fraîches au port… juste que de la détente, les vacances… La maison est posée sur la plage, les premiers bateaux sortent et les casiers de pêche peuvent enfin être posés en mer. On est spectateur. Du vent? Les planches à voiles s en donnent à cœur joie. La maison est agréable, la literie bonne… Tout est fait pour passer un bon moment. Le propriétaire est à l écoute. Mémé les ado abandonnent les téléphones et ordi… merci pour ce moment.

Gemütliches Haus an toller Lage

Wir haben das Haus eine Woche gemietet. Obwohl das Wetter meistens schlecht war, haben wir das Haus und vor allem auch die tolle Umgebung - direkt an weitläufigen Stränden - sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert und wir bekamen auch gute Tipps. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir waren mit unserer Hündin dort, die sich draussen auch mit vielen anderen Hunden am Strand austoben konnte. Auch Loctudy als Städchen hat uns sehr gefallen, genau wie die interessierten Leute, die am Haus vorbei wanderten und mit denen wir schnell ins Gespräch kamen. Wir kommen bestimmt zurück! Vielen Dank!

Le propriétaire est très arrangeant et sympathique et ses maisons exceptionnelles, il nous a permis de changer de maison pour la tempête, la deuxième était tou aussi chaleureuse et bien placée, devant la mer. Nous pensons déjà revenir!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Wunderbare Lage des Hauses direkt am/über dem Strand mit einem super See-und Wattblick,sehr nette Nachbarn, sehr gute Matratzen in den vier Betten, das Gartenmobiliar erfüllt allerdings nur die Aufgabe, mehr aber auch nicht. Aber insgesamt sehr schön und unkompliziert.

Dem Meer ganz nah

Näher als in diesem schönen Haus kann man dem Meer nicht sein. Aus den Schlafräumen sowie dem Wohn.- Esszimmer heraus schaut man direkt auf das Meer. Bei Flut kommt das Meer bis an die Terrasse die von der Schutzmauer umgeben ist. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet um hier als Familie oder Paar Urlaub zu machen. Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und der Ortskern von Loctudy ist in einem 15 Minuten Spaziergang gut zu erreichen und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben sich regelmäßig erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Meer. Mit den grossen Fenstern, die bis zum Boden reichen, fühlt man sich auch drinnen wie draussen.

Atlantik

Die Lage des Hauses ist genial. Der Atlantik ist allgegenwärtig. Du wachst mit ihm auf und schaust direkt durch die breite Fensterfront auf ihn. Beim Duschen kannst du die Wellen beobachten und bei den Mahlzeiten macht er dir Appetit. Er ist allgegenwärtig und wirkt wie gute Medizin. Vielen Dank, dass wir Gäste sein durften.
