large studio of 26m2 panoramic sea view, facing south. quietly located in the center of st guenole in the town of penmarch in the heart of southern finistère. redesigned by an architect in an ethnic chic style in 2022, you will feel at home. a sleeping area equipped with a double bed (in 140) with duvet and bed linen, the living room with a convertible sofa, a kitchen equipped with a high table and bar stools. a shower room and toilet.
