A great apartment within a gated community in the Alhaurin Golf urbanization. The apartment offers excellent space with 2 bedrooms, a sofa-bed, an en-suite and a shower room. The apartment had brand new furnishings in 2022. It is bright with a large terrace area with garden view. It also offers views towards the golf course. The beautiful shared pool, with mountain views, is open April to October. The golf course is on the doorstep and was designed by Seve Ballesteros. This property is not suitable for children under 12.

We are friends and neighbours living in Yorkshire in the UK - Kate and Vicky. Having friends in the area and being regular visitors to this area of Spain, we and our families wanted a little piece of it to enjoy for ourselves.

Why they chose this property

This property has it all, especially the views and outside space. We bought this particular property because of the large terrace which is private and sunny, with beautiful views toward the gardens and golf course. Everything you might need is within a very short distance, and the onsite Club House is wonderful, as it is within walking distance of the apartment. Great for golfers too.

What makes this property unique

Having the Club House nearby, as well as great restaurants, is what we really like. The convenience of the shop and cafe at the petrol station is also an asset, being less than 1km.
