This apartment for 6 people has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. It is located in a luxury residential complex built with the best qualities. It has air conditioning throughout the house, fiber optic Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, electric shutters, fireplace, security doors and windows, rustic marble flooring, etc. It is fully equipped and beautifully decorated with quality furniture.



You can access without stairs both the house and the entire complex including the garage. It has an elevator and 1 garage space.

Nice, large apartment, no nice view

Large, clean apartment. Very good service and info from Solhabitat View from our other apartment last year to garden, swimming pool and far away was much better

Brilliant Holiday

Second time we have stayed at this property, great location and excellent facilities, would highly recommend to anybody who is coming to Moraira and wants accommodation that offers easy access to the town. Solhabitat have been a pleasure to deal with throughout the rental process, the whole experience is extremely efficient and straightforward, again would highly recommend if looking for a rental company in Moraira.

Family Holiday in Moraira

We have stayed at the same apartment twice before. We particularly like the position and layout of the apartment together with all the amenities of the complex. The apartment is ideal for a family of six people with ample room in the shared areas. The pool and gardens are a delight and never overcrowded, even in peak times. Basic cleaning tools such as dust pan and brush as the existing one is old and warped so doesn’t really work.

Review of moraira club apartment

The staff at Sol Habitat were excellent. Really welcoming, extremely helpful, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The location of the apartment was amazing. Very easy to walk into town and to El Portet. The cleanliness and facilities in the apartment were superb. The pool area was beautiful. Very little to mention to improve. The onpy very small things were the apartment only had sheets on the beds. With no extra blankets available. Even with the air con off we often woke during the night feeling a bit chilly. There are no sunbeds to use around the pool.

Really lovely stay in Moraira we loved the nearby distance to both the beach and town and convenience store and had all we needed on our dooorstep. Moraira is a beautiful holiday destination and we loved the lack of high rises, the great choice of restaurants and lovely shopping streets. The pool was great we just weren’t aware sunloungers were not provided which would have made it a slightly more pleasant experience. The appartment is gorgeous a real home from home very clean and very comfortable. There is a bit of a difference in how efficient the air con is in the rooms but solhabitat were great bringing us some blankets to solve the issue. The view isn’t the greatest from balcony but it is huge and really great for eating out and bbqing. The only disappointment was the neighbours above who were rather noisy and the external metal staircases that go to their rooftop that clang with every step. Overall we loved our stay and am sure we will visit again.
