Lovely single-storey house in the sought-after Costa Nova district. Living room, dining room, fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, lounge area for warm days or evenings. Swimming pool and flower garden.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the dining/living room.
Plancha, wifi (FIBRE⚡200Mbps⚡), TV, BOSE Touch, ChromeCast, household linen provided, as well as washing machine and tumble dryer.
Very quiet area, Granadella nature park at the end of the street.
The beaches, the Arenal and all the shops are just a few minutes away by car. Sports: numerous possibilities - golf, cycling, kayaking, paddle, tennis, etc...
Rental only from Saturday to Saturday between June and September.

A wonderful place

We loved everything about our stay. The house is so nice, clean and it got everything you need. Some nice restaurants are nearby, a lot more just a 10 minute ride with the car. Also the pool area is really nice. The contact with Pierre and Chantal was easy and they were really friendly and helpful. We really hope to come back soon!

We truly couldn’t have asked for more. The villa, garden, and surrounding area were simply perfect. The villa is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with high-end finishes and elegant touches throughout. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need — and then some — making it feel like a true home away from home.The pool area is stunning, with plenty of inviting spots around the villa to relax and unwind. Une maison de vacances très agréable

Maison à vivre, bien équipée, bien située (calme), parfaite pour 6 personnes. Jardin (arboré, fleuri et entretenu) et piscine très agréables. Tout cela fait passer une excellente quinzaine.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons séjourné pendant 2 semaines dans cette propriété. Tout était conforme à la description faite dans l'annonce. La villa est très bien située, dans un quartier résidentiel calme sur les hauteurs de Javea. Peu de passage dans la rue. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus, avec passage du pisciniste lors du séjour, de nombreux endroits pour se poser, et du mobilier de qualité. A l'intérieur, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la quantité de matériel fourni au niveau de la cuisine, nous avions tout à disposition! Aucun soucis de communication avec les gérants, qui ont bien pris en compte notre demande pour notre bébé (chaise haute et lit), qui étaient prêts à notre arrivée. Procédure d'arrivée et de départ fiable et facile à comprendre. Nous y retournerions les yeux fermés, tout était parfait. Un grand merci aux propriétaires et personnes s'occupant de la maison!

Nous sommes restés 15 jours dans la maison qui est parfaitement située pour rayonner entre Denia et Alicante. Nous étions 4 avec nos 2 enfants La plage centrale de Javea est très agréable et le vieux Javea également avec son marché central. La maison est très bien agencée que ce soit à l'intérieur ou l'extérieur. Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine, terrasse extérieure... et avons pu cuisiné sans problème (tout est à disposition). Nous y étions vraiment bien. Nous la conseillons pleinement.

Wat een heerlijk huis om met je gezin te verblijven. Heel schoon, rustige buurt ,veilig gevoel. Mooi zwembad en mooi sfeer qua inrichting. Werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Voelde als thuis maar dan ver weg. Ik zou het zeker aanraden.

Fantastische woning en omgeving!

We hebben 100% genoten van onze vakantie. We waren met ons gezin voor 12 dagen op deze heerlijke plek. Geweldig huis met alles erop en eraan en mooie omgeving ❤️. Goed en fijn contact gehad met Pierre en ik kon met al mijn vragen terecht bij hem. Het contact met de tussenpersoon in Spanje was ook goed. Direct een reactie wanneer nodig (gelukkig was het niet veel nodig 😉). Met de auto ben je over ca. 5-10 minuten bij het strand van Javea. Supermarkt is nog iets dichterbij. De wijk/straat waar wij verbleven is heerlijk rustig. Nauwelijks auto’s die voorbij rijden! Het zwembad was ook echt zalig en goed onderhouden, net als de rest van het huis. Ik kan het huis van Chantal en Pierre van harte aanbevelen en wij gaan zeker een keer terugkomen! 😍

Relaxed week away

The property exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable and well maintained. We visited 2 good restaurants that were within easy walking distance. The main town & beach is only a 5-10 minute drive away. The villa is in a Lovely quiet location with secluded garden a pool.
