Achtung – bestätigte Buchung einfach ignoriert!

Wir haben diese Unterkunft bereits im November gebucht und vollständig bezahlt. Die Buchung wurde in der App von FeWo-direkt bestätigt, und wenige Tage vor Ankunft erhielten wir sogar eine Nachricht mit dem Titel:„Hier sind die Schlüssel zu deiner Reise!“Wir reisten also nach Mailand in dem Glauben, alles sei sicher. Doch der Gastgeber teilte uns am Tag der Anreise telefonisch mit, dass die Bestätigung angeblich „automatisch“ gewesen sei und die Unterkunft nicht verfügbar ist.Ehrlich gesagt: wen interessiert das?Wenn ich eine bestätigte und bezahlte Buchung mit Schlüssel- und Anreiseinfos in der Hand halte, dann ist es völlig inakzeptabel, so kurzfristig abgesagt zu werden.Wir standen buchstäblich auf der Straße, mussten verzweifelt eine Notlösung finden und landeten in einem einfachen Hostel mit Gitterfenstern, ohne Frühstück, ohne Komfort – und natürlich auf eigene Kosten.Fazit: Diese Unterkunft hat unser Vertrauen völlig zerstört.Wir hatten geplant, entspannt in den Urlaub zu starten – stattdessen mussten wir improvisieren, Geld leihen und unsere Erwartungen stark herunterschrauben.Nie wieder!
