About this property

Cottage with hot tub in beautiful peaceful surroundings

Les Epinays is a beautiful period house nestled at the end of a long, secluded, driveway just 1 0 minutes drive from the historical town of Domfront. The interior has been completely refurbished with modern facilities and quirky mid century furnishings. The wood fired hot tub looks onto the private courtyard surrounded by flowers and brimming with butterflies. It is located under shelter within the cobbled garden. You will have complete privacy here as you are surrounded by fields and there are no buildings to over look you. The house is set on 3 floors and once you are through the kitchen the living room opens up into the full height of the house. It is incredibly light and airy and provides the perfect romantic get away or just the need for some peace and quiet. We will consider older children or babes in arms but unfortunately not toddlers or young children. This is due to the triple height gallery landing, balcony and hot tub. There are also 5 steep stairs to the top floor bedroom. Dogs are accepted but we ask they do not enter the bedrooms. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this further.
