Great house, even better service!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The house was great with air conditioning in the bedrooms and a great pool (kept clean by an easily operated robot). Only two remarks that would have made it better. 1. Mosquitos would show up as of 17h, making it nearly impossible to stay outside and use the BBQ and you would have to stay indoors the rest of the evening. 2. There was no air conditioning in the kitchen or the living room so it would get really hot while cooking and enjoying the evening indoors. Big advantage was that there was a big supermarket within 15-20min driving and a normal one 5min away. The service was amazing. We had a challenge with the parasol not closing and Andrea was there the next day to help us. On top, we needed to find a garage due to some car problems and Andrea offered to call the garage as an intermediary as we did not speak Italian. Lastly, he was very flexible with our checkout (middle of the night). Amazing guy and we had a lovely stay. Already exploring the other houses his organization manages for a potential follow-up!

Leider nicht so sauber wie erwartet

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und auch der Blick in das Tal mit Weinbergen toll. Leider haben wir direkt feststellen müssen, dass es in 2 Schlafräumen nach Feuchtigkeit roch. Daher musste trotz der Hitze permanent gelüftet werden. Das hat die Klimaanlage dann leider auch nicht schaffen können (diese sind dann auch noch ausgelaufen, so dass wir hier erst einmal wischen mussten und permanent einen Eimer untergestellt haben). Die Außentreppe inkl. Geländer und auch der Küchenboden waren leider auch nicht ordentlich gewischt, so dass wir beim Barfußlaufen ständig schwarze Füße hatten. Auch der Pool (trotz Roboter) war dann auch nicht der sauberste. Als samstags der Poolreiniger kam, war mir das auch klar: er hat nicht einmal die Treppen und den Boden mit dem Poolbesen abgewischt. Naja, wir haben dennoch das Beste aus diesem Urlaub gemacht und uns von diesen Einschränkungen die Laune nicht verderben lassen.
