About this property

Spacious 3 Bedroom house, 2.5 bathrooms, garden and close to Beverley center

This is a spacious three bedroom Townhouse situated in Beverley. The house has been fully renovated in February 2021 which offers a contemporary feel with new soft furnishings throughout. There is 2 free parking spaces on site plus ample off street parking around the property (paid). The location of the house is tucked away in a quiet but central, friendly residential area just a 2 minute walk from the Flemingate complex which has a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, cinema etc.
The space
The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom with en suite, twin room, and 3rd bedroom with trundle bed (this is a single bed with a small single underneath that can be made into 2 beds), family bathroom and a down stairs toilet. There is a living room, dining room & fully equipped kitchen. The dining room opens out into the garden through French doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle & toaster. There is ample cupboard space and all cookware and crockery is provided.
For each booking there will be a small welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
The dining area offers an extendable table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people but 8 as a push.
The lounge area comprises of a corner sofa with a double sofa bed , coffee tables & 43" smart TV access to BBC iPlayer, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Now TV, Apple TV Plus, Disney+ and other catchup services. Guests subscription needed!!

The house also includes washer/dryer (extra cost) and a dishwasher.

Please take care of our home and properties. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur especially if you accidentally spill something – it’s much easier to clean if we know what it is and act quickly. We do not normally charge for breakages, but we reserve the right to charge for repair or making good if the damage is significant. A £150 card pre-authorisation is required on a credit/debit card before your arrival and will last 7 days after your check-out date. This will not charge your card but reserve at least £150 and we will only charge your card, if there is any reason to and after we have at least attempted to contact you. This does not limit your liability to £150 as all money for damage will be required from the guests. We use chargeautomation.com for this service which is a preferred partner and DSS PCI compliant.

Contactless Check-in
All our check-ins are contactless and we require you to complete a pre-check-in online no later than 7 days before your arrival time or within 24 hours of booking for last minute booking. Failure to do this will stop you from entering the property and a call out fee will be charged if check-in and identity validation is required in person. Details of this will be sent to you at the time of booking. This check-in must be done by the lead guest who is actually staying at the house and can take responsibility of the booking. A copy of a government backed ID, a selfie & acceptance of these T&C’s are needed. We use chargeautomation.com for this service.

Beverley Town centre is a short stroll away. The centre offers a variety of upmarket amenities, from bars and restaurants to designer shops & independent boutiques etc. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the town hosts a market selling local produce.

The town offers a large supermarket as well as an M&S Food Hall.

Popular attractions close to the town centre include Beverley Minster, Beverley Westwood & Beverley Racecourse which hosts various events on the calendar.

Throughout the year there are various events such as Christmas Markets, Beverley Gin Festival, Beverley Beer Festival, Beverley Folk Festival and Beverley Food Festival and many more.
