Whether you are content to sample a Devon cream tea in the sunshine or you are keen to go and explore, Brixham just the right balance from escaping from it all yet being within easy reach of some fantastic family days out. This two bedroom bungalow offers the most comfortable stay for up to four guests and has a newly fitted integrated kitchen, solid oak furniture throughout and a spacious living/dining room area. There is a family shower room and a separate wc and sink which serve both bedrooms. All that's required now is to unpack, unwind and enjoy your stay!

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
