In addition, the house offers a carport with electrical socket for charging electric cars and approx. 80 m2 terrace with both outdoor shower, wilderness bath and outdoor sauna, the outdoor shower is taken down in the period week 44 - 14 every year - unless there are freezing temperatures. The house is located on a natural plot in fantastic surroundings, only a stone's throw from both the lake and the beach.
