At Lyngby Møllevej 3 you will find this cozy cottage just a stone's throw from the North Sea and centrally located in Nørre Lyngby. The house is 136 m² spread over two floors, built in 1952, and with a fantastic view of the sea, the beach and nature. The house has room for six people and a pet. The kitchen is bright and inviting, the living room is cozy, and there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The cottage is suitable for both families and groups who want a relaxing holiday with nature close by. The area around Nørre Lyngby is also an experience in itself, where you can see how the North Sea has eaten away parts of the roads and the landscape. Outdoor area:The house has neighbors such as a grocery store and a grill bar, but nature forms the beautiful backdrop with a view of the sea. There are several terraces where you can seek shelter from the westerly wind. The area offers many hiking and walking trails, and Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse is nearby. Løkken and Lønstrup are only a ten-minute drive away, where you will find more experiences, shops and restaurants. The cottage is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. Final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days of check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site. • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited. • Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
