Spacious and cozy house with the best location in Blanes. It is located on a cliff with incredible views of the sea, botanical garden, the cove; next to the seaport and 3 minutes walk from the center and promenade with numerous bars and restaurants. It has a huge garden, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, heated pool with Jacuzzi and terrace with barbecue area. It offers privacy and tranquility but at the same time it is close to everything. Disconnect from the routine in this unique and relaxing accommodation!
If you are looking for privacy, relaxation, beach and views that will take your breath away, this is your home! And if you feel like taking the walk to the center, a 3-minute walk away you will find the seaport with a wide gastronomic offer.
In the afternoon you can prepare a delicious barbecue and relax in our heated pool with Jacuzzi.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a dining room with a fireplace and private parking inside the property.
To move around the area you do not need any transport. You can walk to all the sites. If you arrive by train, the Renfe station is 4 km away (10 minutes by taxi).
We offer all our guests a concierge service and a wide range of activities such as bicycle rental, cooking classes, private chef, boat rental, transfers, excursions and much more.

Superbe maison à l'emplacement idéal

Un grand merci pour cette maison tout juste géniale. Premièrement, elle allie à merveille le calme et la nature avec l'indépendance de pouvoir tout faire à pied (ville + plage principale + crique superbe), et ça c'est rare sur la Costa Brava ! Ensuite, la vue est en effet incroyable. Vous allez rester des heures à admirer le ciel changer c'est magnifique. Enfin, c'est une maison très pratique avec beaucoup de salles de bain, des chambres bien disposées et de l'espace. N'hésitez pas :)

Une vue à couper le souffle

Une maison dans un cadre idyllique avec une terrasse qui se projette dans la mer. Les levées de soleil sont absolument magnifique et la vue sur le jardin botanique est splendide. La maison est rustique mais bien fonctionnelle pour une famille ( attention pour les tous petits, il n'y a pas de barrière sur la terrasse ( 1 mètre de hauteur..) . La maison est bien équipée. Les plages sont à 10 min à pieds. Il n'y a pas la climatisation mais en bord de mer cela est supportable même si quelques nuits au mois d'août peuvent être très chaudes. Le seul point négatif est la présence du bruit du groupe électrogène du "el covent" à côté de la maison. Sur nos 15 jours nous l'avons eu 4 fois de 17h à minuit.. c'est pas un bruit très gênant mais comme un ronronnement permanent qui n'est pas très agréable tout de même. La gestion par l'hôte est facile et agréable.
