We had a truly wonderful stay at this property in Formentera. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, always available to answer questions and offer useful local advice.One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the house — we thoroughly enjoyed having our lunches and dinners outside while taking in the beautiful scenery. The bed was very comfortable, and the area was perfectly quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful and restful sleep.Overall, we highly recommend this place. It offers excellent value for money, and we would be delighted to return in the future.

Good home for a couple with small kids

very nice home, perfect for a couple with 1 or 2 kids. walk time to Es Calo beach, around 10 min. The house is very clean, very fresh, and has kitchen well equipped (no dishes machine though). the owner is very friendly and will help with anything.

Si estas unos días en casa de Susana y Pablo vas a estar encantado. Ellos son hospitalarios, y van hacerte la estancia agradable y tranquila. El lugar del apartamento habla por si solo, mucha calma y paz y bien cerquita del mar. El pequeño porche donde poder desayunar o comer, o pasar el rato hace que mirando al mar puedas desconectar. Sin duda esperamos algún día repetir o sino, recomendarlo siempre porque realmente es un sitio al que volver.

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen. Die Lage ist top ... nur wenige Schritte zum Meer und nahe des kleinen Örtchen Es Calo mit guten Restaurants gelegen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und es wurden sogar nach einer Woche die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine sind auch vorhanden. Die Eigentümer, die vorn im Haus wohnen, waren bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Danke.

Haus mit Meerblick

Wir hatten zwei fantastische Wochen in Es Calo. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, das Domiziel sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, toller Blick, perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders schön fanden wir den direkten Zugang zum Meer, auch wenn dort direkt keine Sandstrände waren (ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt sind die kleinen Sand-Badebuchten). Die Straße ist nah, hat aber nicht sehr gestört. Das W-LAN funktionierte nur selten.

Vista da favola , Pablo proprietario eccellente , discreto ma sempre disponibile Appartamento pulitissimo e con arredo nuovo . Camera matrimoniale piccolina ma carina , terrazza /portico grande che ti permette di avere una vista mozzafiato durante il pranzo e la cena Spazio ‘verde’ relax arredato con sdraio e ombrellone che ti permette di riposare o prendere il sole durante le giornate particolarmente ventose Unico ‘neo’ la connessione internet Wi-Fi non sempre funzionante ( per i ragazzi soprattutto) L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort Grazie Pablo e consorte !

Lovely clean property very close to a beautiful sea.

The owners Pablo and his wife were very friendly and helpful. They live adjacent . We had no issues but they were always available if we had done. Formentera is a stunning island. The sea is ultra clear. We did a lot of snorkelling and saw more different species of fish than we have in other Balearic or canary islands. The house is close to a very small quaint village with adequate shops and a couple of restaurants. The house itself is adequately furnished and equipped but quite small. It is set in a very quiet location and the land beyond it belongs to Pablo and makes for very easy access to the beautiful sea. We would highly recommend the property and the island. We hardly heard an English voice and there were no English breakfast cafes or Irish pubs anywhere. Perfecto!!
