On the promenade of Gallipoli overlooks a wonderful penthouse with a sea view, ideal for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Salento.
Thanks to its strategic position, the use of the machine is not necessary. The penthouse is in fact very close to the beaches of Gallipoli, easily reachable on foot, as well as to all services (restaurant, bar, lounge bar, supermarket..etc.). An elevator (for the exclusive use of the tenants who will be staying) allows access directly inside the living room (by inserting a special private key).
Externally the penthouse has a wonderful 250 m2 equipped terrace, organized on two levels, partly also covered, where you can relax and have lunch / dinner with an enchanting sea view, access to the solarium of exclusive relevance, with a magnificent and suggestive view over the whole city of Gallipoli.
Internally the penthouse is developed on two levels; the fourth floor is composed of:
- entrance;
- living room with a double sofa bed, air conditioner, TV and DVD player;
- kitchen dining area;
- bedroom with double bed and single bed with sea view and equipped with TV, air conditioner and hi-fi stereo;
- double bedroom with sea view window, air conditioner and TV;
- complete bathroom with shower box.
The fifth floor can be reached either through a spiral staircase body and is composed of:
- double bedroom with wonderful sea view;
- full bathroom with sea view and chromotherapy.
The penthouse is also equipped with wi-fi internet connection, washing machine, oven and microwave.
The maximum number of people that can be hosted is 7.
The penthouse is also equipped with an exclusive car garage.

Our host Vincenzo was the best of the best. Attended to any of our needs going far and beyond! They should clone him! We had a delightful stay for a month! A wonderful property in a beautiful location! Vincenzo and his family were wonderful hosts and extremely helpful. I was here for nearly 40 days and Gallipoli is an incredible family friendly village on the sea. I miss it already and hope to return someday!

Great apartment

The apartment is excellent, with everything you need for a great holiday. The views are fantastic, especially from the upstairs terrace. There are plenty of shops and restaurants locally and a lot of beaches nearby. It is well located for visiting the region and there are numerous places that are worth a visit. Vincenzo is a great host and was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful.

Vincenzo Gianni is a wonderful person. Gallipoli is beautiful. The beaches of Padula Bianca super. We had a good time. On the terrace we always found a place without wind. Gallipoli always has wind.

Relaxing Holiday

Vito met us as we arrived at the apartment, such a lovely man, a few small issues that we had, Vito sorted straight away. The apartment is large with plenty of seating outside. We feel you really need a car if you go in September, as we did, as there is no public transport. Gallipoli town is beautiful with lots of shops and many good restaurants. It is about a 25 to 45 minute walk into the town dependent on your age and mobility and a “Tuk Tuk” ride home. A great base if you intend to be exploring the wider area in your own transport. Lastly we cannot say enough about Vincenzo, Vito and their family, they are such lovely and generous people.

Loved Gallipoli

Have loved our stay in Gallipoli. In terms of the accomodation, all communication with the owner was first class and he was extremely accommodating in terms of our arrival and check out times. The photographs on the website, we feel, are not a true representation of the accomodation. The website makes the flat look very glamorous and up market however, in reality, whilst it more than met our needs, it's quite dated inside. The maon bathroom needs updated.There is lots of outside space which is a bonus. Accessibility to the upstairs bedroom is not ideal. The spiral staircase, whilst nice in appearance, is fairly narrow and difficult to negotiate. There is an external staircase which can be used to access the top floor bedroom, however this isn't entirely convenient. Plenty free and easy parking. Whilst location was fine for us, its a good walk to the the old town and may not suit everyone. ParkingParwaunfinished.

J'ai eu un coup de coeur pour cette location et ayant été huper déçue à Tenerife, j'attendais ...mais là, c'était vraiment comme les photos! Un bel endroit, un peu paradisiaque et Vincenzo est un hôte plus que charmant. Nos différents contacts ont été très agréables, on est arrivés un peu tard et il était là pour nous attendre. Tout pareil pour le retour où il a facilité notre départ en nous laissant la jouissance de l'appartement jusqu'à notre départ.A l'arrivée, biscuits, thés, pour le 1er petit dej et eaux et rosé au fraisOn espère vraiment un come back, on était tristes de partir ....

Wer das tolle Städtchen Gallipoli erleben und von den Penthouse-Terrassen den Blick aufs Meer genießen möchte, ist hier wirklich richtig. Wir sind oft abends zu Fuß in die City spaziert und haben die lebendige Atmosphäre genossen. Ein bewirtschafteter Strand ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar, besser fährt man aber etwas weiter mit dem Mietwagen und nutzt die freien Strandabschnitte, die auch ruhiger sind. Im Apartement findet sich alles, was man braucht, auch fürs eigene Kochen und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Klimaanlage kühlt die Wohnung fix runter, wenn nötig. Vincenzo war bei der Anreise sehr hilfreich und engagiert. Vielen Dank! Auch der Checkout gestaltete sich einfach. Das Gesamtgebiet ist noch in der weiteren Entstehung, aber es ist viel ruhiger, als man meinen könnte. Wir sind gut erholt und mit vielen Eindrücken wieder zurück geflogen. Die Woche war viel zu schnell um.
