Basic 2 bedroom apartment with communal garden and pool, only 800m from the calm, beautiful beach of Llafranc, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava! The apartment is on the ground floor with a maximum capacity of 4/5 people. You will find a living room with fireplace, TV and direct access to a large terrace where you can enjoy your breakfasts in the sun. Fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine. There is 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), 1 bedroom with trundle bed and 1 single bed (90x190cm). 1 bathroom with a bathtub. The property is in a very calm community with a share of gardens and pool. Free outdoor parking.



Pets are not allowed.



Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Ubicacion, tranquilidad de la comunidad y la zona, y el apto aunque tiene unos años es confortable y está muy correcto La iluminacion en general de las distintas estancias, y limpieza de la cocina y baños, que era un poco justa
