Cozy apartment of 62m2 located in a very quiet area in Lloret de Mar (Fenals), around 300m from the beach and 400m from the town centre. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 6 people. Part of a quiet development with communal garden and pool, near all services, shops and restaurants. Garage. It consists of a living/dining room with tv, sofa bed for 2 people and direct access to a large and lovely terrace (32m2) where you can enjoy nice meals in the sun. Equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dischwasher, oven and toaster), 1 bedroom with one double bed (150x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower place. Kitchen and bathroom habe been updated.

Free Wifi.

Optional Air Conditioning with an extra cost (50€/week in case of use).

Youth groups not allowed.

This property is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Pets allowed on requesta and with supplement.

Apparemment comme décrit dans l'annonce tres fonctionnelle. Résidence calme et sécurisée le parking aussi tres bien dans l'ensemble ( et pour le prix) Wi-Fi dans toute la Résidence boulangerie et supermarché justes à côté ( seul petit bémol mauvaise odeur en dessous de l'évier de la cuisine sûrement du a la poubelle qui a mon avis est restée longtemps du ou des anciens locataires) tres grande terrasse

Gefallen haben uns : Autostellplatz in der Garage , kurze Wege in die Stadt und an den Strand , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke Vielleicht sollten die Wohnungen von jemand kontrolliert werden, es waren 2 Lampen im Schlafzimmer kaputt , die Dusche war sehr schmutzig und es lief überall Wasser durch . Auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer konnte man nicht sitzen und auf der Terrasse waren auch Stühle kaputt Einfach mal öfter kontrollieren!!

Appartement très bien situé, propreté moyenne, manque beaucoup de choses dans cet appartement tapis salle de bain, poubelle salle de bain, miroir, ustensiles de cuisine, transat sur la terrasse serait un plus. Il serait bon d'indiquer le système ouverture portail parking pour sortir du stationnement. Si problème, personne ne prend en compte notre demande
