Cosy simple house with private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area just 7 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Perfect house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 7 people.

Outdoor area of 1,000 m2 with private swimming pool (9 x 4m) with views of the mountain and the sea, barbecue and spacious terraces with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals with family. It also has parking for 2 cars.

Indoor area of 120 m2 with living-dining room with TV and magnificent views, kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas cooker), 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple room (2 bunk beds + 1 single bed), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

- Pets upon request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer.

Optional heating with a supplement: €50/week.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and lovely beaches.



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Coupure d'électrité fréquente surtout quand on fait à manger,

Manque de bol pour déjeuner à la Française , de saladiers, de verres normaux, de couvert petites cueillers,éplucheur à légume, Manque de pression d'eau au lavabo de la salle de bain avec douche, et du réservoir des wc, douche à l'eau froide le matin parce que le compteur a dijoncté et le cjmulus n'a pas chauffé, l'agence ne vous prévient pas qu'il y a des problème de fourniture en Électricité dans le pays donc on vous dit quand vous appellez l'agence, je vais en référer à la propriétaire mais ne se passe, parce que nous avons mangé dans un restau réputé à pinéda de Mar chez Pepets et avant de pouvoir manger nous avons subit 4 coupures d'électricité, C'est ce qui nous attend en France avec les futures restriction , Vaisselle salle couvercles ,casseroles gras, Sinon trés belle villa , bien agencé, belle piscine, dommage que la pente soit si rapide ,dangereux , Manque d'explications sur le fonctionnement de l'alarme, pas d'accompagnement à la villa , pas d'état des lieux, Pour certain problème intervention rapide
