Simple house with private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 2.5 km from the beautiful Canyelles beach, 6 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a holiday with family or friends on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 7 people.

Outdoor area of 800 m2 with private garden and pool (7 x 3.5m) with beautiful mountain views, covered terrace to enjoy breakfasts and meals in front of the pool, barbecue area and parking for one car.

Interior area of 100 m2 distributed on a single floor with living-dining room with TV, satellite, DVD, fireplace and direct access to the garden and private pool. Kitchen (microwave, washing machine, oven and fridge), 1 bedroom with double bed (140x200), 2 bedrooms with 2 beds (2 beds (90 x 180) and 2 beds (80 x 180)), 1 single bedroom (80 x 190), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

- Pets upon request 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.

This property is only for families. Bookings for young people under 35 are not accepted.



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

El alojamiento era ideal, una ubicación excelente con una piscina fantástica y buenas vistas. Lástima un árbol al lado que no paraba de soltar cosas y había que limpiarla constantemente, pero es campo. En general hemos estado cómodos. Es comprensible que haya hormigas al estar en el campo, pero se deberían poner medidas para que no las haya en la cocina, entraban por el respiradero y entre baldosas por lo que hay que evitar tener comida abierta.

Mooie locatie, veel privacy, alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Netje schoon ook het zwembad . Eigen parkeerplaats en omsloten tuin voor de honden. Het bed was niet geweldig, matras zou wel vervangen mogen worden.

Une maison bien située avec un rapport qualité/,prix imbattable,où nous avons passé un super séjour

Les formalités à l',arrivée pour récupérer les clés sont très faciles et rapides (idem au départ). La maison est très au calme dans une petite rue sur les hauteurs, sans vis-à-vis, avec un jardin luxuriant très agréable, notre chien a beaucoup apprécié cet espace.. La forêt environnante et la situation de la maison (un peu encaissée) lui permettent certainement de garder une température supportable même pendant les fortes chaleurs.C',est une maison basique et un peu vieillotte, sans luxe mais suffisante. La piscine a l',air tout à fait correcte et bien ensoleillée, mais nous n',avons pas pu en profiter à cause de la météo. Le réfrigérateur est de bonne taille. La cuisine elle-même est petite mais propre et tout fonctionne, La pression et la température de l',eau sont extrêmement satisfaisantes, y compris à la douche.Il y a suffisamment de rangements dans les chambres et dans le salon pour mettre ses affaires. Je confirme qu',on entend beaucoup de chiens aboyer et même parfois la nuit, mais personnellement je préfère entendre ça que les bruits des moteurs, des klaxons et des fêtards en ville.

Très beau cadre

Séjour en famille dans un cadre magnifique avec une vue imprenable et une piscine privée le top. La maison a besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement intérieur, car des odeurs de renfermé persistent, la literie doit être changée, et il faut préciser qu’il n’y a aucun oreiller carré pour ceux qui emmènent leur linge de lit. L’endroit est calme mais les aboiement de chiens dans la nuit nous ont empêché de bien dormir. Il faut des moustiquaires dans les chambres aussi. La propreté laisse à désirer il faut faire intervenir une entreprise de nettoyage (sang de moustiques sur les murs, rideaux de douches tachés …) même si l’argument du loueur est qu’il s’agit d’un premier prix, ce n’est pas une raison ! Nous avons fait abstraction car le cadre est vraiment chouette et nous vivions dehors, nous avons passé un très bon séjour cependant

Wir waren über Pfingsten mit der Familie dort. Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, Reparaturbedarf ist vorhanden. Einfache Einrichtung. Ein schöner Mamortisch mit Bänken im Garten konnte man leider nicht benutzen, voll mit Grünspan und dreckig. Verstehe nicht warum man da nicht mal mit dem Hochdruckreiniger drüber geht. Sauberkeit war befriedigend. Auf den Betten war eine ganz dünne, harte Matratze . Meine Frau und ich konnten dort leider nicht so gut schlafen.Leider waren keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, so das wir nachts auf Jagd gehen mussten. Leider war dort, obwohl kostenfreies WLAN beschrieben, kein Internet. Hatten im zuständigen Büro angerufen in Lloret angerufen, außer ein Anrufannahme ist aber nichts weiteres geschehen. Hatte 2 Jungs im Alter von 12 und 17 Jahren dabei, und die ohne WLAN. Zum nächsten Strand muss man fahren zu Fuß haben wir einen akzeptabeln Weg gefunden. Positiv::: ist die Lage vom Haus, mit Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Alles ist eingezäunt, perfekt für mit Hund 🐕. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Ein eigener kleiner Pool.

Objekt genau, wie bechrieben: Einfach... Aber: Meerblick von der Terrasse!! Abgeschlossenes und wenig einsehbares Grundstück, für Hunde gut geeignet. Küche gut mit viel Ausstattung. Bäder standart. Betten einfach aber in jedem Schlafzimmer Schränke und Kommoden. An den Fenstern Rollos. Innen wie außen in die Jahre gekommen aber die Lage mitten im Kiefernwald, sauberer Pool und der Blick entschädigen dafür. Küstenstraße 150m unterhalb und auch viele Hunde sind zeitweise gut hörbar. Normal in Spanien, sie bewachen die privat bewohnten Häuser/Villen. Wander-und E-Mountainbike!!-Wege vor der Tür. Kleinere Mängel am Sofa und an der Gastherme wurden sofort behoben.
