This ultra trendy and strikingly modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is situated right on Fairways complex in the La Cala Golf Resort on the Costa del Sol.



Spacious and modern, this apartment has plenty to offer both inside and out when it comes to having a relaxing trip to the Costa Del Sol. Drenched in natural light which comes through the large windows and doors out to the generous patio space, this comfortably furnished property is the perfect space to relax in. The kitchen contains all the mod cons you would expect. There’s a kettle and coffee maker, an induction hob, oven, washing machine and microwave. Living / dining area is wonderfully furnished and can easily accommodate groups of 4.



The master bedroom with double bed has an en suite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and there’s another fully fitted bathroom with another walk-in shower.



The apartment comes with wifi and underground secure parking.



It’s the perfect retreat for a time well spent on the golf greens. The three golf courses in the La Cala Golf Resort are practically on your doorstep. It has plenty of space inside and out for lounging if golf isn't your thing. For those al fresco moments there's also plenty of space outside to take in the surrounding views and sunshine. The large patio is a versatile space, offering options for dining, lounging or sunbathing. There are several sun loungers and an exterior dining set.



This apartment is situated within La Cala Golf Resort, so the greens really are on your doorstep. It overlooks the Americas golf course, giving you a view of the green. There is a spectacular pool in the complex if your idea of a good holiday is lounging poolside. Within the resort there is also a well equipped gym, relaxation rooms and restaurants. You’ll be spoiled for choice.



You are approximately 30 minutes walk to the La Cala Golf Clubhouse which is 1.2km away. It is only a 7 minute drive to the ever trendy town of La Cala. With its bars and restaurants. Should you want to go further afield you're a 20 minute drive from the Spanish town of Fuengirola and its beach. Its train station can connect you to Malaga, the Costa del Sol’s cultural hub. Marbella is also half an hour’s drive from the resort.

Spectacular views

Nice little apartment with spectacular view over the America Golf Course. Huge terrasse, convienient parking garage, short ways to golf. Kate was wonderful, quick in touch, easy to communicate with. Comfortable check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this apartment and Bravo.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment is well located within the La Cala Golf resort. It's a beautiful location with stunning views across the golf course. The apartment itself is very comfortable and very secure and has its own parking space. There was lots of building going on close to the apartment so there was plenty of noice from early morning. The pool at the location was closed as was the gym and other amenities.

This property is the best of the best. It is extremely confortable, clean, brand new with all of what you need for shortlong periods. the host is the best and easy to communicate. There is not a better location and property in the area We stayed for 10 days and was to short for us. we well love to stay more time to enjoy this a the fullest. Fantastique appartement, doté de tout le confort qu'on apprécie tel qu'on peut être chez soi. Literies de qualité. Vaste terrasse avec une vue imprenable. Piscine extraordinaire. La salle de sport est un plus également. Le site est en extension: les travaux peuvent parfois créer une nuisance sonore, ainsi que de la poussière de terre sur la terrasse. Dans quelque temps, ceci aura disparu, et tout sera génial.
