Het appartement is op een mooie locatie en heeft prachtig uitzicht. Het centrum van Senj is op loopafstand bereikbaar. De inrichting en faciliteiten van het appartement zijn eenvoudig, maar prima. De badkamer is op de gang, grenzend aan andere appartementen. De schoonmaak van het appartement was matig. Het bijbehorende zwembad wordt goed onderhouden en kun je heerlijk gebruiken om af te koelen. De eigenaresse van het appartement is erg vriendelijk en welwillend.

Heerlijk appartement met een prachtig uitzicht. Wel wat gedateerd en wat karig servies. De eigenaresse is heel erg behulpzaam. Alles is goed schoon en het zwembad wordt ook keurig bijgehouden. Een nadeeltje bij appartementnummer 1 is dat de badkamer en toilet niet direct aansluit op het appartement, dus dat is vooral in de nacht vervelend.
