Classic Log Home on 6.5 private, secluded acres. 20 minutes to Loon and Waterville Valley, close to Franconia Notch, 25 minutes to Squam Lake. Gorgeous mountain views, babbling brook, 5 minute walk to 30-foot waterfall. Also, it’s only a 5-minute walk to swimming pond and tennis court. The property borders the White Mountain National Forest. There are two large bedrooms plus a loft. Large country kitchen/living room. Farmer’s porch with hammock. Fireplace in Master Bedroom, wood stove in living room. Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump/ac system, with Toyotomi heater (similar to Monitor) as backup. Fully furnished with a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom (plus a full sized sleeper-sofa), queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, a double bed futon sofa in the loft plus a chaise lounger that converts to a twin sized bed. Two full bathrooms. Full heated basement. Seasonal rentals considered. Pets considered.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here! The area is breathtaking - the cabin is nestled in a valley with amazing Mountain View’s. We loved our walks to the waterfall, brook, & pond. David is a great host - the cabin was very clean, he is super responsive, & made our stay seamless. We would totally stay here again!

Beautiful property beautiful area. Dogs never had to be tied very peaceful very cozy host went above and beyond with a small personal issue we had. One of the first places I rented on this site where you get exactly what you see. Can't wait to come back again.!

If you really want a place to get away from it all this is it. No traffic just nature. Pets r welcome and boy do they really love it here with the walks and stream. Host is great. I’ll always want to come back .

We loved staying in David’s cabin! It’s clean and tucked away from the world. In two days in April we experienced all four seasons: Sunny skies, rain, and even big fluffy snowflakes! The brook is the best white noise and the view is beautiful. Highly recommend this spot!!

The property is absolutely beautiful and extremely private. Beautiful brook running through the backyard that my golden retriever enjoyed, fields for him to run through. We saw a beer, deer and fawn. The waterfall was an extra treat and the pond with the views were amazing. There were lots of trails right in the back yard. Definitely a relaxing atmosphere that we will rent again.

We loved our stay at the cabin. It is beautiful, so peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed the yard, walking path and short hike to the river and waterfall. The inside of the cabin is rustic and cozy. The wood stove just added to the atmosphere. Our 7 yr old Golden was right at home. We plan to return! David was a great host. We highly recommend this place.
