This is the best property we have ever rented, so quiet and peaceful. And it has everything you need. Did I mention quiet? The short waterfall walk was a delightful add to the experience. Loved it!
The most amazing stay at the most amazing property. David has a true gem of a place and you will not be disappoint if you love nature and peaceful quiet. The property is immaculately clean and well stocked and the local area isa perf3ct nature getaway. Thanks David!!!
We have stayed a few times now. Each time the Cabin is more than comfortable, stocked with everything you need. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Between the waterfall, river and pond we had more than enough to keep us busy. Already looking forward to our next visit!
Excellent place to relax and unwind! Views are amazing. At night, look at the stars. Possibly more than you ever knew. Quiet and peaceful. Didn’t really want to leave.
This property was great had everything essential for a very special stay, the waterfall was awesome and the views were beautiful definitely stay here again thank you David.
Nestled in the woods. Running Brooke nearby, waterfall, and pond. Perfect location for someone wanting to be in nature We were fortunate enough to see a bear, travel across the field
Cabin was very cozy and comfortable. Communication was awesome and made everything very easy. The location is absolutely amazing! Its a little piece of secluded paradise. We enjoyed it so much we booked for summer before we even left.
This is the perfect place if you want to feel secluded, but still a short drive to so many great things to do!
The house is super comfy, and everything you could need for your escape is here.
The waterfall area is a must visit, in any season.
This is our second trip to this perfect retreat, and we already want to go back.
We skied, hiked, fat biked, and just enjoyed the area.
the view from the front porch is awesome, and the cool brook out back is so peaceful...
What a fantastic stay. The cabin was comfortable and well-equipped. The owner, David, couldn't have been more helpful or responsive. The surrounding valley is green and lush, and the brook behind the cabin was a wonderful soundtrack to my stay. I spent my time reading in the hammock, exploring the nearby waterfall, listening to the birds, and soaking up the peace and quiet. This place was just amazing and I'm looking forward to visiting again as soon as possible.
We enjoy coming here every year. There is plenty of space for everyone and a bonus having 2 bathrooms. The cabin is stocked with essentials, making it easy to just head up for the weekend stress free. We enjoy the quietness and the different areas to explore. It never gets old. David is an excellent host. Provides excellent information about the property, easy to talk to and very responsive.
This house is one of our favorite rentals. We travel a lot in the NH area and this one takes the cake. No homes in front or sides of this beautiful cabin and the mountains are just breathtaking. The cabin is so comfortable with plenty of room and all the comforts of home as well. There are hiking trails right outsides of the home as well. My dogs were so happy to run through the snow. David the owner is a great communicator and checked in many times to ensure all of our needs were met and that makes a difference. The wood stove works wonders after a day of skiing we lived hanging out near it watching a movie. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home like this!
Our whole family, including our two dogs all enjoyed our time here. It is a warm and cozy cabin with beautiful mountain views. There was plenty of space for everyone in the main living area as well as in the sleeping areas. It had everything needed for our ski weekend. The lack of internet was a nice change of pace and allowed us to play some of the assorted games at the cabin with our tween and teen. It is located about 30 minutes from the ski resort in Waterville. David, the host, provided all the information needed and was pleasant and prompt to communicate with. We hope to come back again in the warmer months to explore more of this beautiful property.
This property offers all of the rustic charm you'd expect in a log cabin, with the comforts of central air and multiple heating options. Situated on a private way just far enough off the beaten path to feel secluded but not so far as to feel isolated. The house is clean and comfortable with hints of nostalgia everywhere. The Trivial Pursuit, VHS, DVD and CD players instantly brought me back to my young adult and childhood years. I appreciated the fireplace, wood stove and multiple grilling options which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The impressive nearby waterfall and serene pond are just a short walk away and add to the overall allure of the property. There are plenty of restaurants, hiking trails, skiing and even golf within 10-30 mins drive away. We'll be visiting again for sure!
What an amazing trip! The cabin is exactly as advertised. The surrounding area was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. David provided clear, detailed directions and expectations that were so easy to follow. He truly is a great host! We are already planning our next trip to this cabin it was so fantastic.
This home is wonderful! The location is beautiful and quiet. Daily walks to the pond and the waterfall are a must. The fact that it is pet friendly is icing on the cake!David is a great host. Always responsive and available if needed.
Breathtakingly beautiful, SO, SO grateful that this property is open to other's. Came (again) for the meteor shower, did not disappoint. Absolutely LOVE it here, can't wait to go back. David, the property owner, equally amazing!!!
