Please turn off all lights, turn off the AC units if used, and set the propane heater to 60 (if between October and April). Turn off all other heat sources.
Please lock all 3 doors.

The skiing right at Loon Mountain is amazing, and there's no better place to enjoy all four seasons. Whether you're here to relax or head out on an adventure, we hope you’ll enjoy this beautiful area as much as we do.

Nestled right by Loon Mountain, it’s a year-round playground—amazing skiing in the winter, and beautiful trails, rivers, and mountain views in the warmer months.
